Kaidoh has something very akin to Marrow's power: an overabundance of bone growth that has just recently begun to show itself. This is coupled with a very slight healing factor, which is also part of the reason he finds it relatively easy and enjoyable to train longer and harder than most of his peers. Currently his appearance is marred by bone growth around his knees, elbows, ribcage, and (recently) his cheeks and knuckles, all of which has appeared over the past six months.
These bones, though merely "extra growth" right now, will eventually act as much more: Kaidoh will be able to detach bones and use them as weapons (dagger-sized or slightly larger) and grow more bone material at will (armor), though it will be much easier for him to grow bone and virtually impossible for him to get rid of it, so there will always be pieces of major bones that break the skin and he'll never really regain a "normal" appearance. His stamina will remain higher than most but his healing factor is mainly to control the bone and skin problems, and won't really develop much further.
