-Pureblood wizard
-French father (died when Rodolphus was 15)

-Grew up in Yorkshire, England, but spent a fair amount of time in France, and so speaks fluent French.
Personality
-Rodolphus is generally amiable. He likes to joke around a lot, but has a tendency to be a smart ass.
-Can be quite moody, as well as volatile/temperamental. He is short-tempered and is prone to snapping without prior warning.
-Is flirtacious, and in fact, is a bit of a manwhore. He loves his wife more than anything, but isn't opposed to playing around - with women or men, especially his comrades.
-Has a bit of an alcohol problem. He's very moody, and tends to drink when he's feeling low, which usually makes his mood even worse.
