so. im really really trying to get back on track. ive gained college weight and my eating habits are seriously unhealthy.
so i have decided to start eating healthier. my goal weight is about 115. im currently about 120-128 and i seriously have a belly. not good. so i logged on to thedailyplate.com and calculated my daily calorie goal (750-775 per day) in order to loose 3 pounds per week. but before i try to start eating right, my friend and i are doing the master cleanse in order to allow my body to have a fresh start at trying. i will also workout every morning after i eat breakfast (2 miles on the treadmill, 50 lunges, how ever many crunches/sit ups i can do, and 20 minutes of Turbo jam per day.)
i think i can do this.
i hope i can. i want a hot summer bod and a healthy lifestyle
oh. and i love one tree hill.
i hate dan scott! lol.
