These rules were thought up and written down by the uber-sweet
emiiri (iconjournal @ emiicons). And I'm allowed to use these rules as well because they're vital!
1. CREDIT!
Any icons I post here are for your use! (If not stated otherwise in the icon post) Take as you please, but you must credit. Otherwise it's stealing. Stealing is bad, very bad indeed. If you don't know how to credit, check out this tutorial!
2. COMMENT
Not necessary, but I would very much like to know if you're taking any icons! I like to hear you like what I do. <3
3. STEALING
Do not, under any circumstances, at all, steal. Credit properly, don't claim the icons as your own, and don't add anything to a blank icon - just because it's blank does not mean that it is a base. I don't want to have to hang you upsidedown by your toenails and whip you with a wet noodle. I will too. Rawr.
4. QUESTIONS?
Not really a rule, but screw it. Don't be afraid to ask questions! I don't bite. =3 You can post questions here, or contact me via MSN, or whatever! I'll be glad to answer any questions you have. ^_^

You can always request an icon from me. I do, however, take the liberty of turning down subjects I have no clue about and or lack inspiration after staring at the picture for an hour. *gg* But it's always worth a try. I'm always open for challenges. Please post your requests in this post.
