Alain is a vampire from the Line of Belle Morte. He was born in Paris, but moved to the United States in the 20s and within the last few years has relocated to San Francisco. Once the local head of the Church of Eternal Life, he is now bound to Gabriel López Covas, his 'dark twin', who is the Temoin of the city. He works as a performer part-time at the Moonlight Caress.
