Today is Day 1 of 2010. I hope you all had a great day. Me, I spent the whole day sleeping, sobering up a little to grab some bites and back to sleep again. Hey, I couldn't do that daily, you know. See? Sleep is a luxury, indeed. :D

A good NY gift, my Athrun/Cagalli fic Nocturne was translated into Chinese here. The reader/translator, Cirsium, told me she's also going to translate Being Athrun Zala. Of all things, I'm happy that more people read my writings, crappy and cheap as they are. :D

I finally got a hold of FFVII Advent Children Complete, and boy, did I fanwhore myself to the ubersmexiness of 'em all. Sure, it's got nothing to do with the story (as well as Avatar did--which I watch in the movie three times), I just couldn't not squee when watching. So yeah.

Former Indonesian president, peace advocate and pluralism activist, Abdurrahman Wahid, passed away on December 30. It's such a big loss even for me who knew nothing about Gus Dur, his well known nick, personally. He's just that big, so big. Great man, him. Indonesia's Renaissance man Goenawan Mohammad said Gus Dur was a miracle himself: his health was a miracle against several stroke attacks, his mind against sectarianisms of faith, his faith againts crippling fears of exclusiveness. The Lord is with you, Gus.

That, and I wish I have more time to do something, anything on yshare (especially after what's happened lately), jdramas and thesovereignty. After all, it's nearing holiday, damn it.

ch_ar_me  showed me some nice stuffs of Tom Felton and his nice tummy and his nice biceps and his nice smile and, last but not the least, his nice singing. You are so, so cruel, Mel.

♥ So I downloaded Bakemonogatari episode 3-6, and I'm at lost of where to start. In a way, it's like watching Eva again. Even the first two episodes got my poor, poor brain fried.

♥ Sadly, no Bleach manga this week.

♥ Indonesian Speaker forgot to ask the lawmakers to sing the national anthem Indonesia Raya, and he even blamed the protocol for that. News here. Shame on you, Agung Laksono, and boy am I glad he's not re-elected for the next term.

♥ Lately, I've been reading and reading Otomen. I know it's late, but I'm not ashamed to admit that this time my shoujo-buzz is doing its job. Loudly. Ryou kinda reminds me of the old Rukia. :3
