I stopped reading Naruto, or more correctly manga that is, a long, long, long time ago. However, a friend, apparently remembering that I used to worship Neji, told me to read the latest chapter of Naruto.

Ouran chapter 78:

I don't care if it's so gloomy and not even a bit funny; it's got me a Kyouya moment in which he yelled at Tamaki's dad for Tamaki's sake. He understood Tamaki's "primary feeling," and he's just got to be angry for Tamaki. I am not dreaming! Punch me in the face, people. Or, no, better punch Bisco to get more fanservicy panels in the future. My OTP couldn't get any more blatant, really.

I'm no longer a fan of Naruto, but even I could still get riled because of this:

Naburo - an Indonesian Naruto-plagiarized (in Indonesian).

Well, WTF. I don't care if the creator said they wanted to "continuing Kishimoto-sensei's dream" and blah blah blah. I don't care if they claim to push local comic books forward. Even English-speaking fans have been talking about it already, shame on us. There's a petition (in Indonesian) to take it down from any shelves. The publisher, Solomon Group, also has published Ben 12 (from Ben 10) and Naruto vs. Avatar and what they did is just. So. Disgusting. Even a doujinshi would be much more enjoyable than this.

Still, this is what we get for allowing and nurturing this--this mentality, this cowardly behavior of a plagiarist and do nothing about it.

Shame on them, yes. And on us.

♥ Went with colleagues and managers for a celebration party and I had to lay down my case. Karaoke is addictive. Especially one with those good ol' songs. MLTR, ABBA, Tom Jones and many more. Not even a single 2000's song. Not complaining, though. My taste goes backward after all. :D

♥ This was So Not Good. I used to remember almost all Digimon names, crappy skill as it was. What do you expect? It's one of a few anime I kept following series to series in my younger years. Now, I'm all blank face and even blanker mind when my twin nephews came for a visit and borrowed the Digimon DVDs. I mean, people, even the original Digimons--yes, those--I forgot!

...So much for a childhood joy indeed.

♥ ZE chapter 47 literally got my heart in a tight grip. Since I couldn't read Chinese, I gotta wait for a translation. :( But! Oh the ending, the cliffie ending, there goes my poor, poor heart. And you know, the more I deny, the more I see resemblances of Tezuka/Fuji in Shoui/Asari. Well. That's my old fondness speaking.

♥ And I don't care about what people migh be saying, but Bleach is definitely getting gayer. Proof? A-I-Z-E-N. Go check, 'nuff said.

♥ Putting up a Dungeon-related story on my writing journal over here. I have no shame, writing a teenagers' romance like this. *facepalms*

♥ One minute I had a poster of Boyzone and one of him alone on my wall back then; the next minute is the news saying he's passed away. Feels like it's only yesterday when I listen to their first album Said and Done or watch their Jakarta concert in 1997. In memory of him, watch the PVs of Love Me for a Reason and Key to My Life. He was so young in both PVs. And guess what, I do have a VCD collection of Boyzone's PVs, their 1996 Wembley concert and their photobook. (Yeah, yeah, me is a fangirl. What? Hey, every girl has got to be a boyband fangirl at least once).

♥ watched Transformers 2. Twice. I didn't watch it for Megan or Shia or any story, so shut up. I watched it for the Bots.

♥ got a new haircut. It's so, so short, Taiwan!Hanakimi's Ella-esque. I don't know whether to rejoice or not.

♥ got a new cellphone. Samsung, as always. It's S5233 Star. My first touch screen cell. <3

♥ marathoning The Lost Canvas scanlations. Degel oh Degel. *flails*

♥ fought several times with Mom regarding my old car, the white Beetle. I mean, it's not like I was willing to sell it in the first place.

♥ bought no books--which is a big disappointment. Any recc?

And so I was catching up with the newest scans of Shin!Tenipuri. Chapter 7 ends with a premonition for Sanada vs. Yukimura match. My bet? Sanada. Yukimura is, so far, Echizen's strongest opponent, but Sanada has more colors. Er, I mean, vibrancy. Whatever. *is shot*

But I beg to differ.

♥ I want a new cell-phone that weighs around 100g, can uses LAN setting and has 3G mode. Do you happen to have any recommendation? :)

♥ Has just realized that I have this song on every gadget I have (meaning iPod, cell-phone and car's CD): Don't Be Afraid to Sing by Stars.

I came across this bus on Tomang toll road. And was in awe at that time. It's so gorgeous though I don't get the links between the characters. I mean, it's got CCS's Sakura and Tomoyo with Yuugi-Oh's Yuugi on the sides and Naruto's Team 7 on the rear. ^^
