The Dark Knight Rulez!  
The Dark Knight is the bestest Batman movie so far!

The only words I repeated while watching was Oh God, Oh God, Oh God, Oh God! This is not a perfect man trying to keep being perfect. It's raw, it's painful, and it's so human. And Joker made me wince, he really did. He's agonizing madness, cruelty and viciousness. He doesn't make me laugh at all. He's scary and terrible and just The Joker. Perfect Joker. I vote for Heath's Joker now above Jack Nicholson's. May Heath be proud up there.

Gordon reminds me of Yagami Senior (Death Note), and Harvey's so messed up (even from the beginning) I couldn't help pitying him. And look, people! TDK shows that heroes aren't in the superknight or supervillain, it's in the common people. Though, I admit, I frowned at the scene where the people on both ferries stopped themselves from killing each other, and once again when Batman took all the blame. Man, morality! What a mock!

And Gotham is hauntingly frightening, inside and outside.

But still. I wouldn't mind watching TDK over and over. If Pirates3 got me thrice, why couldn't TDK got me ten times?

ember! merinding! gue sampe mikir, oh god gue paham kalo heath sampe depresi karena ga bisa ngelepasin karakter ini dari dirinya.
BATGASM!! gue sama temen-temen gue ga bisa setop nyengir terpukau pas keluar dari bioskop.

cuma gue sebel, pas nonton bareng temen2, di depan kita tuh duduk tiga remaja gitu deh. mereka bukan nonton, malah potret-potret pake hape di dalam bioskop, ketawa-ketawa, ngeganggu banget! i kicked their seat from behind.

masih mending. sebelah gue ada nenek sama tiga cucunya yg masih SD lah kira-kira. berisiiiiiik minta ampun. pake bilang lagi, "Nek, kok filmnya serem sih?" Aduh, nak, emangnya lo pikir ni film apaan?

tendang lagi aja! gue sih ga sungkan negor orang, biarpun anak kecil :P

iya, sampe akhirnya gue ngebungkuk ke arah mereka, dan bilang, "niat nonton ga sih?" baru mereka diem.

will watch Batman on Sat =D they purposely made the tickets twice more expensive but i cannot wait!! Everyone tells me of how pure awesome-ness it is and everything.

There were plenty of terrific scenes, weren't there? ^_^

There's not official word yet, but according to interviews and the FAQ and us.imdb.com, Eckhart's been signed on for the third film, and Bale is under contract. I doubt the Joker will return -- not just because of Ledger, but he may actually be dead. Scarecrow might return, though.

I agree!! I love the characterizations so much. <333 And the action scenes. And... almost everything. I wouldn't mind watching it over and over again too. XD
