First thing first, this is not a smear campaign against anyone and I'm not Prita Mulyasari
June 07:
4.30 AM. Got in an accident in Ungaran, Central Java. A drunktard in white Toyota Corolla hit the right side of my 2003 Daihatsu Taruna, making it drift for five meters and lost its two rear wheels. Practically, the cardan's totally damaged. It's only by God's grace my family and driver were all alright. After hitting my Taruna, the Corolla hit a truck, also reducing its rear cardan to total wreck. The Corolla said bye to the world. For
good.
4.50. Met two passengers of the Corolla. Also drunk. Bloody idiot. They had no IDs, no driving licenses with them. And of course no brains.
4.60. The Corolla driver was recognized as a kepala desa (similar to an authority in a suburban area or county) in Boja, Central Java. Watch this man:
Tony. His Corolla:
H 8279 GS. Someone said he's a racer. A witness said he's been warned not to drive from Bandungan (about 12-15 kilometres from the accident spot) since he couldn't even walk in a straight line. And guess what, being an arrogant fucktard he was, he spat on the person who warned him. Well yeah. A fat-bellied, dino-goob of a reckless racer.
5.30. The police
finally arrived on the spot. And they still asked how the hell I knew the Corolla guys were drunk, Like people didn't have noses to smell the alcohol from them. Bleargh.
5.45. The Corolla driver's wife
Wiwid arrived. She's a police officer. Asked about the chronology. Said the collateral would be dealt later. Said her brother was also a police (a major). Did I sniff smell some kind of collaborative pressure here? *sniffs*
June 08The Corolla driver's family said they would only pay a half from the total 10 million rupiahs cost + the 2 million for the police (yes, in Indonesia we paid for their service *snickers*). The person I asked for dealing with them also said it's partially my Taruna's fault for being old (fyi, it's
always been in proper care), which is totally irrelevant to the accident. Hell. Why should
I pay when it's my car being hit, when
I wasn't the one who got drunk, when
I was on the proper line on the road? Oh yeah, you'd never know what hit you the hardest on the road: a car with drunken driver or bloody idiots and their excuses. And that, friends, is
my mistake.
Remember, people: Drink Safe, Drive Safe
