The award for regular updating of blog goes to Wennie. Kudos to wennie for having such a fit lifestyle too. My fittest lifestyle thus far is sleeping early and going for badminton matches with my ah lao..which is nothing compared to wennie's scary jogathons and tennis sessions. I wonder if someone is so motivated by an external factor? *twiddles thumbs*

Half a year has gone by! So fast hor...talking about not meeting up for very long, I think tmr when I meet up with Riri and Linnie...I will also dunno wad to say..cuz too long never meet up..like no common gossip topics. But I guess we can pick up from where we left off pretty fast.

Back to setting of Unit tests. Just dropping by to tell myself to JIAYOU! and to my JLC JIAYOU!

Oh well, today is another dumb day at school. Force us to wake up so early, go to school and do shite stuff and then... waste my time and I cannot plan for other things to be done when I am in school> I hate this kind of like staying at somewhere doin nothing and waitin for time to pass cuz it makes me v tired and feel like sleeping.. and I really do feel like sleeping right now.

Yawns. BTW...peeps, the guest list is getting longer. SO far, the number is 70 tables. It doesnt seem to be decreasing alot any time soon...so expect the chaos on that night..esp at the recept table. CONFIRM u will feel v stress.. so sorry peeps.. din mean to invite so many pple that i DUNNO. :)

Finally I can start to breathe normally. For the past one month plus, I have been living everyday in a rush.. Now with school coming to a close, I can start to slow my pace down a little and enjoy the process of preparing my wedding.

Home is almost all done up with a little more touches here and there. In any case, I pretty much love my house but hate the housework. Everytime I feel the floor a little sticky and dusty I just have the impulse to call sitri over to clean it up...but sadly I got to get down and dirty by myself.

Wedding prep is on full steam ahead. My jie meis all have their own important task to do and I also have the important stuff to settle...feels better that the work is shared among me n my friends. I dun feel so stifled. Now I just need to settle my parents and their never ending demands, they are simply simply sooooooooooo naggy, I am jus tolerating tolerating. They took ALL my invitation cards! and are inviting 30 tables of people...I cant believe how miserably little friends I will have for my wedding. My dad invited all his high power pple whom I don't know, won't know and cant be bothered to know...and it irks me like what I should do and this and that all the decorum just for those pple. Sigh. Nevermind...let me enjoy the wadever process.. Seriously...I am getting a little panicky..I wonder if I can pull this all off..this wedding is Such a Big thing for me..its like the dinner..is scary. I totally dunno if I can pull off making the speech and cutting the cake and walking in.. I just feel like shitting now when I think of it. Arrrghh.. scary.

Anyway...I am lookin forward to my Hens night! :) So glad that everyone EVERYONE who matters to me can make it. :)

I've a few minutes to spare before I go for my remedial classes.. so I decided to update!

Recently have been goin out more often with JLC without tan wee. Kinda think its quite fun too when he works on certain weekends and then I can meet my fwens alone. Just like the past weekend..I actually met up with wennie only! And we just ate and chat..was quite therapeutic too even though there was no mahjong..Sometimes you learn alot more abt ur fwens when the mahjong tiles arent between us.

Anyway..I have been snapping shots of my place in the process of being done up but never got down to uploading it into my computer..I will do so soon! I took with my handphone so its easier to upload la no need to use cable.

Ok the bell jus rang..gtg again to misery.

Recently been falling sick very often wonder if it is cuz of the weather. Either I have a bad throat or a bad stomach. Just so depressing. Today is the start of my week long holiday but yet I start it off with a bang by falling sick agains! Tmr and wednesday on course so sian..two days gone from my holiday le.

I jus wanna get better. :(

Today also is the first day of renovation..was quite nice to see them hack away all the old stuff.. Away with the old and in comes the new! Cant wait to see the final product of our house. We have also been super busy with buying the furniture and appliances for our house..While buying then we realise why got housewarming..cuz i think its quite impossible to buy ALL the appliances by urself!Unless u have a bank acct that never runs dry.. We are already coming up with a list for our friends and family to buy for our housewarming le. haha. Estimated date of completion will be in mid october..when I have pictures I will upload! SO fun! :) BUT i still wanna get better then i can enjoy the whole process a whole lot more.

Stayed at Harris Resort...very big and modern resort at a ulu Batam..nice place for a short getaway. My room was seaview and I really had a nice seaview..BUT batam hor has no beach wan lei, even our Sentosa beach is nicer than Batam.

We did alot of things while at Batam, had two massages and many games of bowling cuz it was dirt cheap there. We also played table tennis lei! Reminded me of those days in Crescent when there was a table tennis table at this area and we will actually play a few lousy rounds of table tennis there. :) table tennis is fun. You can see in the first pic that tan wee was rather hesitant about proceeding with the massage cuz he had to strip! Hahaha..it was so awkward for him and he repeatedly asked the masseuse if really really need to strip. They were so baffled as to why he so shy though. The ambience at the spa was super super relaxing and nice.

There are many many shopping centres in Batam.. we went to two out of the like few. It was kind of sad la the kind of clothes they sell, I din buy any like clothes but did buy some under garments. The toiletries there are super cheap though, it was like more than half price discount and I bought the famous mandi lulur there, its some kind of scrub that they have which boasts to make the skin really soft and smooth. I kinda din believe it, so i bought one tub to try in the hotel and I was blown away. I went to the shopping centre the next day and bought 13 more tubs of it...I came back from Singapore with alot of toiletries man...Pardon my lousy uploading of pictures..my pictures not rotated cuz everytime i attempt to rotate it takes ages to rotate it..you all rotate ur head abit la huh save me some time. :)

We also had alot of seafood there, the seafood is cheap and good. The restaurants there also very cool wan..their kelong is really kelong...we actually were like eating just above the sea water, our table was in individual huts above the water..damn song.





WEDDING GOWNS!!
Before showing my gowns..just a few simple pics of my ROM invites which I did not manage to pass to you girls cuz I did not have enough time to make some more and it really takes ALOT of time to make one card.


Ok back to the wedding gowns. The second fitting of my gowns went great! I managed to sneak in my camera and took a few photos of my gowns. But I show already then when u girls see it next time got no more sarpry already..anyway..First up! My ROM dress... Its a really simple dress but I love how it makes me seem busty..heh heh.


Then for my tea dress on the actual day..I chose a cheongsam instead of a Kwa..which I think makes me look frumpy. Anyway I like the white cheongsam..prolly the first and only time I can carry off wearing a cheongsam without looking like a waitress..


And of course my real actual day dress...actually when I see the pictures I think it looks very simple! Like no other design..but in reality its got alot of details la..maybe its very white so cannot see clearly the details..kinda princessy which is why I chose it... but I need to add cup wor, cuz its SUPER flat man.




Now now...you must be thinking..how come all of shawn's dress all so white ah...is the pink ever goin to appear?

The full dress and with tan wee! Managed to sneak him into the room too! But his outfit is not altered yet and hence..he looks weeee bit funny..but I prefer his other suit the white charming suit..this one..ok la also equally dashing


Then...there is a need to choose an outdoor outfit so that I wont dirty my actual day dress. ..and I chose this halter neck one..by this time..I quite shagged with all the changing liao and hence the lack of nice angles from my cam..

Love the details at the back of the dress..the flowers which start from the back down to the train of the dress.



I constantly keep tripping over my dress..everyone of them. I think I fear that I trip and fall ... its really an art to walk and look graceful in these dresses...aint easy man! ANyway...really excited about it all..now the excitement is really getting to me. :)
BTw...this is a one in a million post.. I never put in so much effort to post something SOOOOOOOOOOO long man.. i took 2 hours to post this inclusive of uploading time..wah piangs.

Am finally getting my fav car.. my white jazz. Ordered and will be coming in Aug. Still havent sold off my aveo though..mileage very low anyone wants to buy? $30k. good condition lei. :)

WIll blog abt my escapade to batam. It was fun. Now, just feeling the blues..only good thing is that I am posted to the school I wanted for the next three years of my bond. Now just wanna enjoy the remaining slack days in NIE. So many things to clear these few weeks though. My prep for my ROM is beginning to scare me.. WE still have so many invites not done up yet and many things unconfirmed. Tempers will flare when it comes to invites I tell u..U cannot understand the irritation I get when I jus wan a simple comfirmation from my in-laws but all i get is 'aiya jus invite anyone u want lo' =__= who is anyone I WANT?> how would I know which tan to invite. Well, well, well such is the life of preparing for wedding. My house also another headache =__= .

I knew there was something that I wanted to update.. but due to my small memory size i forgot!

But I finally remembered.... Anyway..I have selected my Wedding gowns. It was a super tiring day. I never spent so long choosing 4 dresses. I spent the entire afternoon. Lucky I brought my mom along to help with those hard to reach zips. Then anyway I managed to select a white day gown, evening gown, ROM dress and a cheongsam! I tell you the cheongsam was really a very difficult choice, not cuz it was too nice but cuz I din have much of a selection, its either I look like a waitress or a captain at din tai fung...finally found a white one but..it looks rather worn out so hopefully the seamstress can really do wonders to make it better. I did not choose made to measure wedding dresses cuz...I felt that it was quite risky. I had to like choose the kind of cut and then add this add that totally from scratch, and if they do it liao u cannot say final product not nice then dont want. Then they very smelly also got like hidden charges like if want extra lace must pay extra much. So i settled for off the rack la..But...dont know if I made the right choice..HOPE SO!! AND..i need to make my breasts bigger!! They look magnified-ly small k when i wear those gowns..then she had to 'sai' alot of 'cushion' below to help me.

I wanted to take photos..but they did not allow wor. So I cannot show photos of it..u guys can only wait till the actual day!! :) I am getting excited about my ROM cuz its so much nearer...its in about 3 months time! And..I havent done anything..although there is nothing much to be done.but then I still havent even confirm the guest list. =__= I hope I can get enough pple and squeeze u guys in too. :)

Oh my! CNY is coming and I still have not packed up my room yet or even give it a good cleaning! I must must clean up my room this year and not procrastinate. However, I got so many projects due before Cny...Huge presentation on new year's eve lo, lucky its in the morning so I wont mope about it on the whole day of new year's eve.

I am going for my lasik after CNY, so crosses fingers and toes that the recovery will be fast cuz after the surgery I will be goin to school for practicum. I cant wait for no spectacles day...

Oki.. off i go for more project working. Seeya guys during new year! So exciting new year again.. :) Festive mood is slowly coming...
