I am a person who had a plan for their life, and is currently on the back-up to the back-up.... I originally wanted to be a pilot, and then when I discovered that I couldnt do that decided to fix planes.... however I managed to totally mess up a degree in Aerospace and so now am in the wonderful world of IT helpdesks....
I am a fiddler. This pervades ever corner of my life, I constantly like to improve things, and use things in new ways... as a result I am a self-confessed geek - I really love technology and Machines... especially if they fulfil their purpose in an elegant or especially cool way. Ergonomics rocks.
I have many hobbies and interests, none of which are pursued that far to be honest. My mind wanders far too much! They do include photography, computers, motorsport, computer games (Final Fantasy being a particular squee), history, gadgets, making things, and so on....
My default state of being is either reading a book, or watching a film/tv show... or of course browsing the internet, learning wondrous things. Wikipedia is my friend.
I am a dog person - something that seems to confuse all the cats I come across... I am perfectly willing to stroke them etc, but only as long as the unwritten rule of no claws holds.... |
