I'm Jazmyn.
I just moved to Mapleton, Oregon, from Las Vegas, NV. Yeah, I know, WTF. I'm an open-minded, loud-mouthed, deep-thinker. I love to write, but not in a journal, about myself. I write stories about the things I always wanted to be; things I've always wanted to do. If I drink, it's a really bad day and I'll probably be drunk by two in the afternoon. I'm unemployed, which makes me an unreliable candidate for purchasing a house/car/etc., and also exacerbates my fear of paying off student loans when I'm ninety. I've learned so much in the past year that I can hardly believe it. I live life day by day, get over things easily, and all I really want to do is have a good time.
I feel bad for the city people who can't breathe this wonderful, clean air that I do.
Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day
You fritter and waste the hours in an offhand way.
Kicking around on a piece of ground in your home town
Waiting for someone or something to show you the way.
Tired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch the rain.

And then one day you find ten years have got behind you.
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun.
So you run and you run to catch up with the sun but it's sinking
Racing around to come up behind you again.
The sun is the same in a relative way but you're older,
Shorter of breath and one day closer to death.
Every year is getting shorter never seem to find the time.
Plans that either come to naught or half a page of scribbled lines
Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way
The time is gone, the song is over,
