so, i moved. the boy and i now reside in a very large one bedroom apartment in cambridge. we're still gettin the jazz (aka the decor) up & running, but for the most part, it rocks. we re-wallpapered the bathroom. it is now a spectacular paisley. the living room: scartlet, and the boudoir, a nice calm ocean blue. we (i) foibled the kitchen with a billiard's green that read and viewed much nicer on the swatch. it was called 'rosemary'. i call it 'pool hall'. bad choice. we've got a workshop off the living room, which rules. there's also a bikespace off the kitchen. i recently got a promotion at work, which is great because i was about ready to quit for the change to the paltry salary of a boston courier. i am now senior sales associate, a visual merchandiser for papersource. woohoo. after merely a year. today i bought a new back wheel for my bike. the stripped the threading off of my old lockring. meh. making my old backtire relative shit. whatevs. i needed something nice. i almost splurged on the phil, but settled for something i cannot pronounce, and no, it was not campagnolo. although, i have a difficult time pronouncing that, too, without sounding like a bumbling idiot. i should go back to working on a painting i've begun, but i'm pretty exhausted, i just ended a seven day stretch, although it was more like a thirteen, because my one day off last week wasn't much of a day 'off'.
