| Bio: | Architect by day and mad modeler by night (sometimes). I am currently working on a freelance accurate scale model replica of a steel mill from the early 50's. The model is in the popular model railroading N scale, the size of which is yet to be determined. I do know the plan is to have at least 8 blast furnaces with large support buildings that are true to scale. Below is an image of a small portion of the model to give an overall view.
I also visit and photograph defunct steel mills as part of my research.
