I am so fucking frustrated right now.
We have a girl that comes in and is supposed to help me with the filing, organization, phone calls, etc. because i am only one person and i can't do all of that.
THIS IS WHAT SHE WAS HIRED TO DO.
HELP ME
and yes, i spend a lot more time on the internet then i probably should at work, but i also get my shit done by the end of the day. I take about 5 million policy calls, and i get AT LEAST two boxes of them out a day, and review the recordings.
and when i bring this up to my boss or other people in the office its always "well..shes only 19" WELL SORRY DOUCHE BAG Sheila was fucking processing at 19, i was doing post closing at 19... thats not an excuse.
She basically gets paid to go sit over with the spanish girls on the floor and talk.
She will come over to me and say "do you have anything for me to do" and i just point at the THREE huge boxes of papers that need to be filed..and she goes "i'm not doing that" i said, "you have to" and she replied with " i don't have to do anything" and walked around the office and then decided she needed candy and went to the gas station.
This is so gay!
Just do your job!
No one gives a shit about your new puppy, or your boyfriend, or how you get your hair so straight in the morning..no one. Stop it.

nope. it's true.
i worked for a place called the piano shop (was later bought out by the piano company, which may be still in business, in leesburg). it was a store and warehouse, and i was the office manager and kept the warehouse inventory, managed the movers and schedules and did some moving in the warehouse.

the best fucking part is i put a stack of them on her chair and a BIG BRIGHT PINK STICKY that basically said do this now.
i just walked back there, shes sitting there and the stack is now under her desk.

court mandated a job at 14 - i on and off filed till i was 19. amen to youuu. and after i trained four more bitches that got fired cause they couldnt file.

Its not like its hard. Its just shes lazy.
Like i understand, that job sucks..but if you hate it so much and don't want to do it...don't take a job to file!
But when she can't even copy my policies right, i get REALLY pissed off.
Put the paper in the machine, push 2, staple.
That doesn't seem that hard at all.
