We'll just sweep Missouri instead. Shawn, Jessie and I traveled--coachless--to the Midwest Mixer by ourselves and did the following:

Shawn: next out in Info by 2 speaks, 1st in CA, 4th in Ext, 3rd in IMP, 4th in Persuade
Rachel 2nd in POI and 5th in Indie sweeps (only trophies to top 3 in sweeps), 8th ranked in IMP
Jessie: 8th ranked POI, next out in DI

Shawn got 2nd in Indie sweeps
Team got 4th in Team Sweeps


Sunday
Jessie: 8th in Poi final,
Rachel: 9th Ranked in POI, 7th in POE final, 5th in IMP
Shawn: 1st in Ext, 8th ranked in Info, 2nd in CA, 1st in Pers, 3rd in IMP

Shawn got 1st in Indie Sweeps
Team got 3rd in Team sweeps

Wow, what a weekend. We have an extemp tub full of plaques and trophies.

We had fun, we saw Mike. Mike qualled his DI so we get to see him in Florida!!! We had a lot of extracurricular fun we could only have without a coach :)
I got all sappy because I love my team.
I was so tired on the ride home last night (left Maryville at 9pm got to St. Cloud at 3:30am) I was acting drunk...
Jessie survived the stress of the trucks...
We saw an Amish horsedrawn carriage on the way down there and almost hit one on the way home.
We hit a beer can, Jessie, not a kitten.
I had death wished upon me--I'll die by eating rotten pussy.
I had fun in the hot tub. TOO HOT IN THE HOT TUB OW!
I took a top 5 spot in a sweeps...
I FUCKIN' BROKE IMPROMPTU! I am surprised I didn't get 6th because when I read the quotation, I read the wrong one and then had to say "Oh, wait. Since the real quotation I was going to use is about idiots..."and I was so embarrassed....aw well. Let someone get a leg they needed.
There is another lesbian in forensics. And she's super butch, yum.

We had a fuckin' jacuzzi suite and then a queen suite, booya bitches.
We ate good food, and then bad food, and then good food again.
We acted like idiots because we didn't know anybody but Mike and we aren't going to see those people again.
We were the only team who "dared" to bring out qualled shit. I guess you don't do that in D3...our bad.
Triple entering is fun as hell, makes the day go by so fast, and the tourney was still on time, if not early...
