Videos of Taliesin Jaffe Q&A at Otakon 2008 Friday at Otakon there was a Taliesin Jaffe Q&A panel. Here are four videos from the panel. It started 20 minutes late, so there was only 40 minutes of questions, with ~17 recorded here. So, just out of curiousity, is there any significance to the fake name that Alucard gives in Rio (J.H. Blenner)? I was rereading the manga and thought it might be a reference to something.
Also something gleaned from the rereading:
So, when Alucard calls Integra from Rio and she shouts him down for questioning her orders, he responds with something like "That's the last cover" or "The last fig leaf is off," depending on the translation. This is kind of an ambiguous statement, but I had a thought while I was reading it:
Do you think perhaps it's an allusion to a dance-of-the-seven-veils type thing? The veils being the "cover," of course. If that's what his line is meant to be interpreted as, it preserves a sexual overtone while carrying the double meaning of "You've bared yourself/your true nature to me with that display."

Not sure if this goes here but..
After watching the Otakon premiere of the Ultimate Hellsing OVA 4, I've been craving some roleplay. I have extensive experience playing Integra and even a plot or two in mind for that. Keep in mind that most of what I know is from the OVAs as my lifestyle doesn't allow me time to read manga and we won't even go into discussion about the hellsing anime. I am a literate paraposter or however you want to call it. Usually I can post about 2-3 paragraphs per post, depending on how much my partner posts. What I'm looking for is someone to play Alucard or Pip. I am 19 years old so mature roleplays are welcome.
