taikai premonition - dare demo ii kara, kakatte koi, ore wa nigenai ze

this last weekend was the national kendo championships. i've only been in kendo for like year and half, and despite being a super rookie ikkyuu, i was one of the 7 kenshi selected to fight for my city. This is a great honor to me, because even if i still suck and be nothing but a mere beginner, it means i'm improving fast.

so some nights before i had weird nightmares about how my battles would be...


opponents way far beyond my reach... thirsty of rookie blood.

i don't have the pictures for the tournament yet, so i'll tell later how it all went haha.

was the rookie defeated? will the 7th kenshi do any good for the city/team? only questions arise... for now.
