Writer's Block: Gadget Conundrum

You're going on your dream vacation and you can only take one gadget with you. Camera, music player, cell phone, laptop or something else – what do you bring and why? Which other ones would you miss most?

The only think I would take on my dream vacation would be my camera so i could capture all the amazing memories i would take. Who needs a computer or cell phone when you're going on an adventure and getting away from it all. Vacations are a time to take a break. I would probably miss my cell phone, not being able to be in contact with people. But, not having a cellphone or a laptop or an MP3 player wouldn't matter if i'm with someone, or a group of people that I want to spend that time with. The MP3, laptop, cellphone, any other gadget would only be a distraction and a way to isolate yourself in that situation. But the camera will help you preserve those memories of that dream vacation, let you remember the good times you had, and the people you spent it with.

so, last night, i didn't fall asleep till 2:30 am. It wasn't fun. Then had to wake up at 7:30, so not much sleep for me. :(

i have this sore in my mouth that really hurts its by the back of my mouth on my cheek so my teeth are right next to it and irritate it when i talk. >< And it also makes it difficult to sleep. And my jaw and my ear hurts too.

But tonight and tomorow should be fun. Im sleeping over a friends and then doing "art class" with them (they're homeschooling)

well, not for me,
i can't say that yet, i don't know if i have to go in yet.
If my boss doesn't call I'll have to go in.
But, everything is closed!!!!
Even Burlington, and Milton, and Cambridge, they're like never closed!
So, whatever is here, or is coming must be bad, or it must be bad outside.
(i havent been outside yet)
but i hope those who have a day off are having a good day. :)

It was nice seeing Leslie this weekend. I missed her a lot, and realized how much i missed her when we were on our way. And I miss her again when i got home. But, thats okay, I'm really glad I got to see her. ^__^ It was so fun being touristy.
The family wasn't home when I got back. They weren't back till 6-something.
Dad had called when they were almost home so I could help unload the car cause they had gone to Costco.
So, I walk out there and as soon as they opened the van door I saw what they did.
They got me the easel!
Okay, so it's this collapsible, it came with 3 canvases, 14 tubes each of Watercolor, Oil, and Acrylic paints, 8 paintbrushes (I think), and a paint pallet. Its soooooo cool. As i was trying to figure out how to unfold it and set it up i thought to myself "So this is what Christmas must feel like." I had the biggest smile.
Although there isn't much room in this place to set it up, i did. It's so cool. And because this place has such bad lighting, I'm gonna take it outside if the weather is nice and set it up and take pictures of it. ^__^ So all you guys can see it.
(i'm not gloating or anything, i'm just so happy i have to share it with you guys!)
I was not expecting to ever get that, seriously. When i saw it i just thought "hey, that would be a cool thing to get" and left it at that thinking i would never get anything like that unless i'd pay for it myself.
But dad got it for me O_O

i love the princess bride.
it was nice watching it with my friends. I'm feeling better. for now.

What makes me a better writer, is my best friend.
She is my editor, she picks apart my writing and tells me what I have to fix and what looks good.
Without her I would probably be a horrible writer. I have no inner editor that most people have.

My inner editor's name is Lucy. She wears a white button-up blouse, a pin striped skirt, and plays solitaire all day. She doesn't do any actual editing.
My best friends inner editor is called Management. She has black hair, wears a red headband, wears a power suit and red tie and bright read lipstick and red pumps. She is very strict, and doesn't crap from anyone. She's the one that edits everything.
And thats what helps me to be a better writer.

so, today, at the memorial service for one of our friends. Soooo many people were there.
yes, standing room only. We were there, must have been an hour before it was going to start, sooooo many people already there.

One of our friends, Mike Servideo, Bianca's dad, he said one of his friends that does web design needs a coder and so he's gonna tell his friend about me. So, maybe, when i get back, i'll have a web design job. Sound good eh?

so, right now, i'm finnishing packing, my chest hurts, its not that fun. Its the alergies.

but yeah, i'm leaving early monday morning.

i'm pooped.

we were at the memorial service for a few hours. There was soooo many people and soooo much food. It was nice.
She would've loved it.

so, yeah, if i dont post again see you all in a month.

our friend did end up dying. I wasn't sure if she had died but apparently it was Sunday morning.

Sore.
My muscles hurt.
I helped dad with work last night and we didn't get home until this morning at 8am.
I slept till 2 in the afternoon.
I'm beat and don't really want to do anything.
Leaving Thursday for Amherst, MA for the convention and will be back Sunday evening (and then again to help dad with work)

Our graduation party was nice.
Lots of friends and family were there.
We got presents and munnies.
It was fun. And it was nice out.
We're glad that it stopped raining.

cause I haven't really done anything.
there isn't much to update.
going to a friends house today, thats about it.
the summer has been... not very eventful.
wish I could hang out with my friend, but either their gone, or I can't, which stinks cause I don't have anything to do but sit on my butt all day and do nothing.
Cause thats basically what I've been doing since i got back from KC.
And then I get to go to North Dakota for a month. It'll be fun, but I know I'll get homesick.
I just wish there were more to do here.
Wish is was closer to people.
MILTON IS BORING! Especially when your best friend isn't here.

i wish my summer wasn't so busy. Being gone for a month to North Dakota.
It will be fun. But its just so long from home. 3 weeks and a few days.
I know I'm definetly gonna be homesick. And definetly gonna be missing my friends.
I'll try my best to keep in touch. Probably wont be online much if at all.
I'll try to call. Wow, i'm talking like i'm leaving tomorow.
I'm not even leaving till the 30th.
Well, another day with not much to do. I'm gonna go play some DDR and maybe do some art stuff. Maybe,since i found alot of my art supplies.

Its nice to be home. But i'm beat.
I just want to sleep.

I have to design a CD Cover for someone.
*sighs* i'm just not feeling well. I'm cranky, and i'm worrying about my mom and my cat. (mom is mom, cat is sick)
and i'm feeling sick, and i dont really want to go anywhere...

Glad skills is over. It was fun.
I don't know why. I'm just down... for some reason.
