
I think I had "the best week ever".
I worked out on the tredmill everyday except Wednesday and Friday and on those days I did a lot of walking.
Yoga on Thursday.
I lost 5 pounds from the freshman 10 that I already gained.
I saw & chilled with everyone I wanted to see.
I saw someone I didn't expect to see but was REALLY glad I did.
I changed my diet, I ate really healthy...
After last Tuesday when I made myself realize that eating 3 doughnuts, chocolate cake& ice cream, and then broccoli rice within one night was definitely not healthy.
I changed my mentality on the opposite sex thanks to the book "Why Men Love Bitches".
Played the bitch game on Saturday and it worked out perfectly.
Heading back to Pitt tomorrow, it's been fun Williamsport.
I'm happy.
