Livia is bubbly, vivacious and outgoing, if not a little spoilt (okay, a lot), a bit of a ditz (very much so) and lacking in tact (still working on it). Most people's first impression of her is that she's a) cheerful, b) talkative and c) an airhead who has pretty much skated though life. She is still bitter that her relationship with her father is not as close as she would like, and at first used the war to distract herself from her problems, though she is now more dedicated to her fate.

She has adopted a slightly cynical view on life since discovering her destiny; she has used her powers to her advantage, as an Angel and as a normal teenager. She figures that either the world's going to end, or she's going to die, so why not make the most of what she can? The role of an Angel brings a side she reveals little of in public -- a single-minded ruthlessness far removed from the vapid girl she presents herself to be.
