Hi, I'm Bethany. I suppose you could call me a Harry Potter addict. I submerged myself into the great HP fandom, with my favorite ship; Harry Potter/Draco Malfoy, in May of 2005, and I've been entrapped ever since. Harry/Draco is, and probably always will be, my favorite ship, though I'll always love a good Hermione/Severus, particularly if it's the lesser-prominent pairing in a Harry/Draco story.
I go through periods in time where I delude myself into thinking I can write fanfic. I'm sick a lot, so sometimes I just sit at home and write and write and then just delete it all. By some horrifying twist of fate, I may actually post some of it. You may want to hide.
Slash, femmeslash; they're both spectacular. I can count on one hand the number of Het fics I've read, and I can tell you they never satisified what I was looking for. I love some of the things most people find squicky; rimming, fisting, BDSM, blood play; it's all good.
My journal is really almost entirely for reccing H/D fics. I have a single post for other pairings I've enjoyed, and three very long H/D recs pages. Just go to my actual journal and scroll a bit to read it.
Doesn't sound like your cup of tea? Don't read my journal. It's pretty simple, really. I'm not expecting any flaming, but really, I wouldn't be surprised. There are some really ignorant, rude, spiteful people out there.
