So here I am. Portland, Oregon. Or rather Beaverton, since my aunt moved few years ago.
The whole trip to States took us (me and my sis) more than 28 hours. It was exhausting, annoying and very, very long. And what gave us the biggest headache?
This fellow -->

It had some scratch on the door, so they had to change it? repair it? Anyway it took almost 2 hours, so we had exactly one hour in Washington to go through passport/visa check, luggage check and then to find the right gate. And let me tell you, the airport corridors are freaking long!
I was so tired that I felt asleep on the way to Portland *gasp* It never happens! But I managed to see a really beautiful sunset -->

Aunt and cousin were waiting for us, they took us to home and we went to sleep right away^^
The next day we went shopping ^___~ Oh my hide, the clothes here are so cheap!!! They cost less then half of what they cost in Poland. And they are so cute:D
And then you wonder, why the heck Americans girls don't wear them-_-; Seriously, all I see is shorts and t-shirts, really>.<; I spend less than usually and bought more than for the last three years:P Plus, aunt and cousin opened their closets for us to take what we want... do I need to tell you I'm very happy?:P
On Saturday we went to Hood River, a really nice small town near Columbia River, paradise for windsurfers. We spend the day on sitting, eating, drinking wine and watching fireworks in the evening. They weren't as beautiful or interesting as in Japan, but still it was really nice.
( Fireworks ) The next day we went to the town to eat delicious icecream:D They were HUGE! And delicious^^

This thing is ONE SCOOP, can you imagine? I was eating it for 15 minutes:D
I also took some pictures of rafting, windsurfers and the river, but it'd take to much time to post all of them, so bear with me^____^
On Sunday we went with our other cousin to Portland downtown to see and hear Blues Festival. What surprised me was how much Polish festivals are loud, crazy and dangerous-_-; Really... Anyway we had fun:D And being Polish we were commenting all the time:P
dziewczyny, pamiętacie nasze chodzenie po ulicach japońskich i komentowanie ludzi? Tu jest tak z pinscet razy więcej obiektów do obgadywania^.~And today we are doing nothing:D Which is good, because that means catching up with Nyan's blog, Jui's blog, Rame's blog, Mucc's blog, ljs and communities:D
