| Bio: | Maybe I've learned my lesson and I'll get out of this god-forsaken town or maybe I'll stick around and take my chances on another stick of gum. I see a girl on my street and her skirt is too high and her shirt is too low, I say "style ain't what is should be." Then two guys in a car roll up and she talks to the passenger, hops in the back seat; I say "damn." I realize life isn't what it ought to be. When you're handed a silver platter, sitting pretty on a golden cow you can't see right in front of you, I don't quite know how. Life is a picnic and we're players on a stage. You say all you want to it doesn't do a damn thing. Got shrubbery so high you don't know where you're going and life is a picture book with too many pages. What am I doing? Where are we headed? What are we here for? Nobody can answer me, I asked the wrong question. I gave the wrong opinion, I wrote the wrong paper. I don't know enough to play this game any longer. I see visions from my window I don't know what to do with, and the man's got me feeling so low. My future is blury 'cause my vision is straight. I just got pulled over for taking on my own fate. How can you live when you're stuck in the ghetto with no light to guide you? And I realize that life is not what it ought to be. So I put aside my name, pick up the axle, and greet whatever may come because I know that truth is like a UFO. | |
