My name's Jasmine, I'm 18 years old and currently living in the UK.
It's hard to describe the full depth of my personality really. Basically I'm passionate about everything I do and believe, I have quite a dry sense of humour and find some of the strangest things amusing. I mediate betweet two different lifestyles. One day I could be at a club sipping cosmopolitans and throwing some drunken shapes; and the next I could be watching shakespeare at the local theatre.

Hello there.. my name's Harriet, I'm 18 and I live in Scotland. I made this journal recently after falling out with my old one (I'd had it for ages.. it was time to move on) and so I'm in desperate need of some new friends.
A bit about me.. I have dreadlocks which I love. My dog is one of the most important things/people in my life, and going to university and leaving her in September will be very, very hard. I love music.. at the moment I listen to a lot of neutral milk hotel, the mars volta, jeff buckley and radiohead. I have a harry potter tattoo!
Oh, and this is what I look like:

I like to read and comment other journals, and always make an effort to get to know my lj friends. My posts normally contain one or two pictures, because I enjoy taking photographs of my day-to-day activities.

i am always awed by my dad's selfishness.
thank you for leaving me to look my mother in the eye and tell her you're not coming to her mother's day dinner. at least YOU didn't have to watch her as she swallowed that lump in her throat and fought back tears.
and we all watched as she opened up her gifts, while you were on the computer in the other room playing poker.
and YOUR gift, a nice, new, shiny ipod... she loved it. it was the most expensive one, but the look in her eyes said she'd trade in every fancy gift you've ever bought her just to feel for one day that you love her.
i have so much resentment toward this man. what i wouldn't give to see him invest more than money into this family.
it breaks my heart to my mother's heart break everyday.
could you just, for one day, delight in the woman you've been married to for 25+ years and gave 4 children to? could you make her feel beautiful and lovely? could you put aside your stupid cars and poker games to take her out on the town?
could you?

in a town right outside New Orleans
I was born and raised in New Jersey
in a town right outside of New York City
I love the city
but adore the country as well
I love music
I listen to pretty much everything

My favorite VIDEO GAME is Resident Evil
From way back on PS1 to PS2 (sorry, I don't have Gamecube or XBOX)
I also really like PUMP IT UP!
Even though I suck horribly at it
I lack eye/foot coordination
I spend the majority of my time on the damn computer
and, yes, MySpace (ask and maybe I'll let you add me there)
I'm also really into arts and crafts
Glue, paint, glitter, ribbon, beads - the whole nine yards
I don't like to read for pleasure,
but take me to Barnes and Nobel and I'm the happiest kid in the world

This isn't even the half of me!
I guess you'll just have to add me to learn more
Oh yeah, 95% of my entries on my personal journal are SURVEYS
You can really learn a lot about a person that way
