celeriac, squash and blue cheese pasty
watching my beloved river cottage veg last night, I saw a recipe for a vegetarian pasty that looked too good not to make! filled with roasted celeriac and butternut squash, blue cheese and cabbage, wrapped in pastry and cooked in the oven - what's not to love?
