I've been baking up a storm and making cute little christmas parcels for work colleagues and friends (who I will see tomorrow at a christmas dinner.) I've made traditional victorian sugar plums (of "the children were nestled all snug in their beds while visions of sugar plums danced in their heads" fame), some ginger sparkle cookies, some mexican hot chocolate cookies and peanut butter blondies.
