I'm having one of those days where I feel like I'm 110
(that's years old, not the speed I'm driving down the road at!)
Apologies to anyone, especially ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) bellasianna and chelseadd for any, uhh... weirdness on MSN last night. I took the wrong painpills, the ones that send me absolutely doo-lally... thought I'd thrown them out but apparently not.
They ended up knocking me out around 21:30 last night and I woke up at around 09:00 this morning.
The evil pills are now thrown out and I do so love my ibuprofen.
My knees and hips don't know if they're coming or going right now and yeah, not so good. The weather is all over the place - one minute, like now, it's glorious, sunny and warm but then it'll turn and be cold and damp. Then we throw in the fact it's been cold and damp for the last week or so and that at the same time I had no heating or hot water... yeah, it all just settled in my bones.
(seriously, i think Thursday night I sat in a carpark in Lotte for half hour just trying to get warm and crying my eyes out down the phone at Chel)
I've so far spent most of the day curled up in bed listening to music and reading. Think I'll be spending teh rest of the day continuing to do so as well! Taking this little break to post you ( a wibble )

Today has been weird.
Work was weird. There was just a weird atmosphere, very tense and very quiet. I got tons of invoices input and a little ficlet about a band-aid for Bella.
Then I went to Tesco to buy something for diner because I'd forgotten to take my chicken out of the freezer. Managed to spend £7 and I'm still not quite sure what on
Although I did treat myself to a chocolate topped crackcreme filled Krispy Kreme Donut. Methinks the fact the Tesco up the road from where I works sells those could be a VERY dangerous thing.
Came home to discover both the heating and the hotwater are fixed. This makes me a very happy llama indeed

So, we're half way through the week. This is definitely of the good *nods* It's taken a long time to get here and it's gonna be another long day but we're getting there... these 9 hour days aren't half killing this lil llama.
My main plan for today is to try and write something. bellasianna did give me the prompt of 'I'm gonna kiss you til your mine' (or words to that effect - the actual quote's in my work inbox) to write a one-shot to but... hmm... nothing's biting. I was pretty sure it's Chris saying it but now that I think about it more I think it might be Steve. Also, I have no idea of the context.

I also need to decide what I'm gonna have for my tea tonight. I am SO glad that today is over - it's been a very long, very slow and very very boring day... I swear between us me, Marc, Shantel & Leon didn't actually stop yawning. Makes things even worse. Ad it wasn't like we didn't have tons of invoices, because we did. We just totally won't in the mood.
I know it's because I'm stressing out over money (or lack thereof) which is making me slide back down... starting to recognise symptoms, one of which is being - no, wanting - to sleep all the time. And being off my food.
There's a reason my day was long... it's called another 9 hour day. That's two of them so far this week, and it's only Tuesday. Think I'm gonna be doing them every day from now til kingdom come cos I seriously need the money
Hell, I'm even thinking of applying for an evening cleaning or shelf stackking in a supermarket job... even though I know it'll do sweet FA for my mental health... but, well, what can you do, y'know?

Ok, lets find some positives to talk about.
I'm feeling rather proud of myself this evening. I managed to get all parts of my dinner to be actually done at mostly the same time and nothing burned.
Well, the carrots and pie were done before the potatoes but I just put them on a plate in the oven to keep warm.
And yes, this is actually a major accomplishment
Also, I finished my schmoopy Chris/Steve for marishna's picture prompt fic-a-thon... only, now, itching like anything to post it

That's about it really.
I'm sitting here trying to upload the wibble (since I'm downstairs my net connection is a lot weaker/slower) and I'm being very amused by genius on itunes. I got it to put me together a playlist from Short Story Longer

Right, well an hour and a half after I started this post, the pictures for the wibble have finally uploaded. Although, in fairness, we have been radiator pokling. Bleeding pretty much every one in the house to try and get some heat in my room and the bathroom. The bathroom is now warm. Mine... went warm and then died again
So, thinking there's a blockage somewhere in the system so are ringing landlord and going 'oi. mate. sort it out!'
