I got paid today, and even though I worked less hours, my check was pretty good because our bonuses were really good for two weeks in a row - yay! Usually we will have a really good week and the next week will totally suck.

So, I treated myself to some yarn. I have never really bought any yarn online before - weird! I got some Knitpicks Shine Worsted in Grass to make Trellis from knitty. I'm planning on giving the sweater to my co-worker who is due with a baby boy in June. I really like the Spring Green, but as I'm thinking he will wear the sweater in the winter, it didn't seem so wintery as the Grass color. I'm not too sure about the gauge working out, but I figure, it is a baby sweater - if it is a little big the baby will grow into it, right?

I also got some Sock Garden in Daffodil because I have wanted it for a really, really long time.

So yay! It is always nice to have some good mail to look forward to.

It is rainy and grey here today, and I really should clean my bedroom. It is a DISASTER AREA... but... eeeeehhhhhh I hate cleaning my bedroom! I have no where to put anything - that is the real problem. I really, really need some furniture - storage furniture. I have lived at this apartment for almost a year and a half and most of my stuff is still in boxes because I simply have nowhere to unpack it to. Argh.

But anyway, if the cleaning doesn't happen, I am hoping to sew - yeah, sewing sounds much better than cleaning, right? =D
