hey guys it's my first time here, but i've been keeping my eyes on this site for a really long time. you guys are really inspirational and totally awesome. i can't draw as well so i mostly scrapbook/collage. i promised myself to start a journal after the o's, but for now, it's mostly cards and more cards.
here are the cards that i made for my class on the official last day of school. not exactly journaling, but i hope it's okay. the colour theme is obvious: pink and green. i think they're lovely together.
it's in alphabetical order and i used markers, ribbons, cardboard centers, paper flowers, fancy paper, sewing thread, watercolours. yeah, that's about all.
oh and for my dearest 4T'08, thanks for being such a great class. i love you guys. (julia and jacq are my really good friends, not in my class actually.)

| First Look: Mary-Kate Olsen on Samantha Who? |

Mary-Kate Olsen is making a guest appearance on fifth episode the of Samantha Who?. In the episode, titled “Help,” Samantha gets arrested and is given community service. It is through this community service that Sam meets Mary-Kate’s character and she becomes quite a sore spot as Samantha looks back on her old life.
Mary-Kate will play Natalie, a “troubled young woman.” Natalie reminds Samantha of her younger self and Sam is determined to turn Natalie’s life around, even though everyone tells her it can’t be done.

I want to thank everyone so much for being a HUGE help in creating our Halloween party playlist! You guys are all seriously amazing. We actually ended up having to take sounds out because we ended up with so many. As fun as I hope our party will be, I doubt we'll still have the music going until 3am, haha. Some of you requested that I post the list, so here it is in its finalized (for now, hehe) state. You can probably catch a couple stretches we made in order to include our favorite artists ;)

i'm working off this concept of describing parts of my life in six word increments. it's not particularly stunning or anything, but it's my first year of college and the journal is already starting to show me changing. from who i like to who i hang out with, and even some jokes from classes, i guess it's going to take me through at least this year (and yes, of course, most of it does deal with boys.)
