So, my computer died, so I have to use my dad's...thus my lack of existence. Still <33 for you all though.
I was sick all weekend and it was miserable. I always get sick on Fridays and it last just long enough for me to go to school on Monday. *sigh* Still had to go to the second play-your-violin-for-an-entire-Saturday event for orchestra, thoguh I kept coughing. At least it was more entertaining this time than last. Our instructor was more interesting this time, and when our normal teacher took over he domonstrated how to frolick. XD It was the greatest thing ever. Then I missed most of Monday's school, all except biology as I had a test in there today. Ooh, I art we're working with oil pastels, which = <3. :3
Horseback riding is still going wonderfully, and Jazz E. is teh most adorable guy eveh. We were lessoning with Moehawck and got silly, so Karen gave us time to just do whatever and run around the arena willy-nilly to get it all out and it was sooo fun. I was sitting in Englestern position (mah new invention x3) on Jazz E. totally being a horseback dork and squeezing with mah legs just yelling stuff equivilent to 'yeehaw' for the heck of it and he just sorta went into a canter and it kept going and I changed to proper posititon and kept it and it was all even on the right lead and everything, but it was accidental. It was the most awesome thing I've felt in a long time. I still don't quite know what a canter is, but I know it isn't some specific definition about t he beats of the hooves...it's something close to fluid that is done and just joins you with a being who is the only one who truly understand you in enitrity and happens simply for the enjoyment of the universe. It's like that, but...simpler. *shrug* It'll all make sense eventually. Anytime I try to think about breaking into a canter I mess up, but that time, simply for simplicity and foolishness and crazyiness it was perfect. *ponders* ...I <3 Jazz E. Fresh. :D
Today was my first day attending track and field. Yesterday was officially the first day, but I was still rather sick so didn't go. Now...I'm sore. XD Everything we're doing is so enjoyable but it certainly takes a lot. Now I have to juggle that and horses...and a life. XP Ah, well. So, now I stop boring you all. <333 |
