I'm really not the person you think I am. I'm not the loud girl dancing
in parking lots, getting drunk out of water bottles hidden in backpacks,
telling off girls in bathrooms, or greeting everyone by name and memory.
fact of the matter is, only 3 people know me on a real personal level -
and I don't foresee anyone else replacing one of them or joining them.
Me sharing a story with you to try to relate to whatever fucked up
situation going on in your life doesn't mean I'm pouring to you my life
story. You know, the cliche one about the broken girl who grew up in a
fucked up family and spent all of junior high discovering they were so
much different from everyone else that being alone was their favorite
thing to do? We're all that broken little girl, I'm not showing you
anything special that you don't possess within you either. I'm not
different than anyone in the way I "really" am. When I'm angry, I take
drives and hit the gas pedal to the point I scare myself to calm down
the angry. When I'm sad I cry and hit walls, write poetry I don't show
anyone and listen to complacent sad music with repetitive acoustic
minor chords. Hell, maybe I'll write an entry in my comment-whoring
livejournal. You'll never know that I'm more than that though,
I'll never show you.
