So wait, why would people laugh at you? You're a cute girl with lots of interests, high standards, and pretty much the kind of girl they make movies about where there's this somewhat socially awkward guy who falls in love with her but could never compete with her other passions until some outstanding plot element brings them together in the end. I don't think anyone laughs at those girls.
