So, the Nets lost. Whatever. I was upset last night, but time goes on. There's always next year. Although, next year we may be Kidd-less, which would be a tragedy of it's own.

Is anything on TV tonight?

I am soo obsessed with Finding Nemo. If you haven't seen it, go. Just go. It's wonderful.

Brother #2 and brother #3 came home today. Joy! #2 (Teddy) was surfing all day and I was finishing packing clothing for camp, so I stayed around the house.

Then, Teddy and I went to the driving range. Eh. I'm not thrilled with how I shot, but it wasn't horrible, either.

People are so stupid sometimes. Really. But I guess stupid people will always end up being stupid together, so those of us who AREN'T stupid don't have to deal with the people who are. Yeah. I'm really literate.

Oh, and my brother, Zach, told my older brother, Teddy, that I smoke pot and he kinda "advised" me to make sure I cherish childhood or some shit like that. How am I not cherishing? DAMNIT! I'M THE QUEEN OF CHERISHING!

besides... the remedy is the experience, isn't it?

    <lj:music>DMB -- Two Step</lj:music>

Today I packed. It was fun because it was a day filled with spending time with my mother. I'm really appreciative with my mother and I'd relationship. To sound like a total cliche: she's honestly my best friend.

Of course, she puts her motherly duties before her duties as my friend, which is how I'd rather have it because she should be my mother above all else. She is such an amazing woman.

It thunderstormed today. Normally, I love thunderstorms: the sound, the seriousness, the serenity, the danger of it, but my poor doggie was terrified of the sound and was trembling horribly, so I had to pick him up and carry him around for awhile to calm him down.

Then we went to Target to finish getting things for camp. And I must say: I absolutely love Target. It's such a wonderful mix of crap. Food, clothing, music, towels, frisbees, toys... I just always find myriads of weird things there. Things I need, things I don't.

I GOT THE NEWSIES DVD! Oh, you have no idea how happy that makes me. It's one of my all-time favorite movies. Christian Bale = yum. Newsies soundtrack = amazing. Hundreds of teenage boys dancing, while wearing newsboy outfits = adorable. Really. If you haven't seen it, go rent it NOW.

    <lj:music>Ben Harper -- Steal My Kisses</lj:music>

Ugh. My day went up and down. Starting off, my mother was being a pain and making me do vocab words and shit, but then we went out to breakfast and I had a nice meal with my mother and grandmother. Then, I had a conversation with one of the people I love the least and she winded up pissing me off, as she usually does. I went jogging for about an hour (something corporate works miracles when you're letting off steam) and my mother sat me down and forced me to do the vocab words. Later on, I went and saw Hollywood Homicide with my girl, Courtney. Weird movie, not too bad. Josh Hartnett was actually really cute in it. Makes me want to start doing yoga again. Heyyyyyy I should do that. Yeah, so I got home afterwards and THE NETS FUCKING LOST. Which sucks insane amounts, but I know they'll gain it back. BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO OR I'LL BEAT THE ENTIRE TEAM SILLY.

Oh, Jefferson. How I love thou!

Moving on... Jenn called me from Kansas where she's visiting grandparents and it was lovely to talk her through the whole second half of the game. She actually put up with my shreiking and yelling and cursing, so I give her major props.

Damn, I forgot to call Tom and I feel shitty calling this late. So. I won't. Tomorrow. Ahh, well. Maybe tomorrow will be better. Or maybe it won't.
