I wanted a new icon journal, seeing that

tsuaksas_icons is a big mess right now.

I love the black cat, Kuroneko-sama, from Trigun, and wanted to have a theme going on of the cat, but so far, all I have is an icon that I made.

Anyways, if you want icons, you must read these rules. Failure to comply will get me on your case.

1.) This journal is FRIENDS ONLY. I'm tired of people commenting anonymously saying they're taking one of my icons, when I know nothing about where it's going. Also, this journal is locked in order to keep track of who is taking icons.

2.) Stating the previously mentioned, you must comment to be added, and if you do:

-Don't talk like tis or 7|-||5 or ThIs. Neither of them are cool, and netspeak makes me cringe so much. Learn how to type proper English, kiddies.

-You must not have any stolen icons. On my main journal, I'm a member of i_theft, so I'll be checking.

-You must not be planning on stealing icons.

-You must not comment just to request something, harass me, or harass something else. I'll ban your ISP from my journal.

3.) Don't steal. They may just be "a bunch of pixels" and "something u find on teh internet", but dammit, it takes a lot of work to get those "pixels" to look good.

4.) Credit _kuroneko_sama_ or silent_yume in the keywords if you're on LJ. Credit sakura_mizrahi if you're on GJ, Tsu-chan on Gaia or Cafe-MewMew.com forums, and Mew Pumpkin at the mewmewalliance forums. Credit Tsu-chan anywhere else.

5.) No harassing me or flaming me.

6.) Credit is required.

7.) No stealing, altering, passing off as your own work, or giving to a friend. Direct your friend to this journal.

8.) This isn't required, but I would like if you'd comment on my posts, even if you don't want the icon.

9.) If requesting, give me the actual URL for the image. Don't just say "I want the icon to be of all the senshi and Chibi Chibi". That doesn't tell me anything but "I want you to waste your time searching for that exact picture"

10.) If I ask you to credit me for your icon, please refrain from thinking I want your fucking icon. >_O;

11.) Have fun, all in all, but don't be surprised if you see me on your tail.
