Kimm and Cabot leave tomorrow morning, I'm gonna miss my little ladies man. I love that little fella so much! I wish they lived closer. But it always makes me want to jump on the next plane to Palm Springs. *cue dream sequence*. ah, someday. Richard is here from England, and will be here until next friday. Fuck I love his accent. I love listening to him talk. Now I see why Allie dates him. That and he's a terrific guy. :) So I was up at Gordo and Auntie's visitin' with the fam, playin' some baseball and frisbee with Gage,and chasing Cabbie around before giving him a bath before he went to bed. He was in the hospital this weekend, he has nodules(sp?) on his lungs, and had to stay over for a few nights because his asthma was acting up. He's feeling much better now, the steroids they give him, basically make him high, and so he's been on the go since they got home from the hospital last night.

This post is leading somewhere, I promise! So, I'm still at Auntie's , chattin' with Al and Richard about Ireland, when Ryan calls, completely out of the blue. The first actual thought that ran though my head was "how does he know I'm here?". But then I thought about it, and realized dad must have gave him the number. So we start chatting, and the reason he's calling is to see if I'm still interested in the trip to Toronto. Hell yeah I'm interested! But do I have the money/ can I get the time off of work?? That's the question. He's got it all worked out to be $400 each, minus shopping money for the week. He's hooking us up with day passes to Canada's Wonderland(!!!!), some tourist passes for all of the tourist-y things to do, and we'll be staying with his aunt for 4 days, and the other 3, will be at a hotel, for which he can get us $65 a night! This boy has some major connections! Gotta love it. We'll be driving which will save a crapload of money, and I don't have to drive for any of it. :D . I hope Allan will give me the time off.. I feel so bad for pretty much abandoning him for the fall.. me not going to school was I think the major reason I got hired. But he understands that I need to go back to school, since I'm obviously not going to be working at the nature store/sobeys for the rest of my life. Although, I'm going back to sobeys for the fall, Tammy said I can come back whenever I want, and I need major $$ for Ireland next may. and since half of the staff is leaving, she said there'll be plenty of hours for me, which is awesome. and i'll get to see my sobeys crew more often. after you're away from people you really enjoy working with, you end up appreciating the friendships you've made a lot more.


My poor Peppy fell down the stairs this morning. Not the whole flight, just the bottom 4. Still, for a 14 year old dog, that's pretty rough on the body. My poor girl is so incredibly skinny...I think it won't be long before we'll have to put her down.. God, I don't want to think about it. So many awesome things are happening this summer. :| . If I didn't know that that sentence was dripping with sarcasm, I might have believed it. Sorry, I'm extremely overtired and cranky. Care and Chris are home in a week! I am BEYOND excited.

I was talking to Heather Dickie at lunch today, she was telling me all about the race about charlottetown thing she and nick won, it sounds freaking awesome. we've also decided that we're going to go to the beach on our lunch breaks whenever it's nice out. Sun sun sun. :) Fuck it'll be nice. and I love heather, she's such a sweetheart. very good to talk to .

but i should go to bed. can i get a witnessssssssssssssssssss, can i get a witness. sorry, random music break there. i love that song though. anyways. bed time.
