I know - I am so bad at keeping anything updated. I am sorry - recently I have felt tired again, but I am not letting myself sleep in the day to try and beat it. Summer should help, as today I felt a little better to see the sun.

Today the weather has been so good. In the morning my mum, sister and I took my dad to work before we went shopping. I saw in the paper an advert for flip flops so I had to go and get them. I got two pairs, black and white, of flip flops which are so similar to the Haviana ones, and they were only £2 for two pairs. I have had these before and they are comfy, and the last time I bought them I paid £7 for one pair. I wore them today when we took a walk along a sea front and they were pretty comfy. We also went walked around a gardens, and had a drink at the bar there.

I also went to the newsagents and got Elle magazine. I don't read magazines, purely because of the cost, this one was £3.60 and I can buy a new book at ASDA for £3.86 or something, and I much prefer books. Anyway I got this magazine for the free bag. I saw it online and thought that it looked great for a freebie, plus it can be my summer bag for college. It is black and white striped with rope handles.

My DVD player broke the other day, so I asked my mum to buy me a new one. I thought that the old one was about 3-4 years old but it was 7. It wouldn't play DVDs and before that it used to buzz really loudly. So we got a new one, just a cheap one, but it seems to work alright and I am going through the Doris Day boxset I have had for ages.

Anyway, have a good weekend everyone. I am not ready with the new domain but I am working on it.

- Not catching the bus home but walking. I usually get a lift from town (I need to use one bus as the college is 1 hour away), but today I told my sister that we would walk home. It's all up hill so my legs killed, but I feel good to have done it and will do it again.

- George nail polishes. I went to a different store this week with my mum, and I picked up four of the Geoge nail polishes. At our local ASDA they don't do them, but the bigger store had them. I have only tested them but the pastel colours are really light, and thick. I don't know what their staying power is like, but I will tell you. They are also £1 each at the moment. I bought light pink (sherbet fizz), a bright pastel orange (sunset orange), light purple (lavendar fantasy) and a mint green (streamer) which to me looks like the new MAC colour, Peppermint Patti. These are only available at ASDA or George stores.

- George Harrison. He has to be my favourite Beatle. He was funny and witty, and makes me wish that I had found the Beatles sooner.

- Hot Buttered Fudge bubble bath. Smells so good that I want to eat it.

I'm still not ready to open my new domain. I really struggle with creating layouts these days, so who knows how long it will be before I am finished. Everything apart from the top of the layout is done, but that could take me another week, so I will blog here instead.

I went back and bought more cosmetics the other day. I couldn't help it. I will blog about that when properly when I get my domain up. Also we went to a supermarket that had had a make over, so instead of the measly selection of things to buy in our local store there was a lot more choice. I ended up with 4 nail polishes, a light pink lipstick (which looks awful on), and a Sally Hanson polish to see if it can sort out my terrible peeling weak nails. I also picked up a bottle of hot buttered fudge bubble bath, which sells so good. I will post about that with the other things I got when I blog properly with a haul post.

Books: So not a lot of reading is occurring. I have no concentration right now, but I did get a little read. First I read 'One Unknown' by Gill Hicks. She was injured in the July 7th bombings in London, but she has an amazing out look on how she is going to live now. It is really inspiring that something terrible happened to her, but she is moving forward getting on with life. I also read 'It's a Kind of Magic' by Carole Matthews. I really didn't enjoy this. It was a stupid idea for a book, fairies? and it just dragged. That being said I loved three of her books, 'The Chocolate Lovers Club', 'The Chocolate Lovers Diet' and 'All You Need is Love'. Those three are worth reading, but this book and 'Welcome to the Real World' I could have done without reading. And lastly 'Water for Elephants'. I liked this, and I am not saying that it is not a good book, but over hyped like a lot of books. I hate it when that happens, the more people rave about it the better you think it is, and usually it is a big disappointment, like Christmas usually is (well for me anyway).

I charged up my old camera and found some photos on it. Plus I took it with me that other day and took some photos of the cathedral. On the camera were a photo of Jake through the conservatory roof and Little Ham and Charlie when they loved each other. I wish that they still loved each other, but they don't so have to live separately.

What's the weirdest thing you've ever eaten? Would you eat it again?

Squid, by accident. I thought that it was onion rings. No, I would never eat them again, plus I am vegetarian now.

Look at the bee at the bottom right of the flower. Little fuzzy butt.

I went to see the baby swans today. Every year one pair of swans have babies in the local pool. They are so cute and must be still pretty young. I tried to take photos but most didn't turn out good seeing as you can't get near them. Altogether though there are eight babies more than any year.
