I just did a friends cut. I've really come distanced from most of my online friends, and I find that as it is, no one reads eljay, and when some people do (some names stick out in my mind), they don't give a shit about how I'm doing. Although I've been inactive from LiveJournal lately due to personal reasons, I always try to make an effort to comment and take an interest in my flist. But I'm not like everyone.

So.

I removed a whole bunch of people, plainly put.

If I kept you, it's because I hope that we can continue being online friends (or whatever).

If I dropped you... well, you can't say that you didn't see it coming (either because you never bothered to comment my posts or respond to any of my comments on your own posts). Sorry, but it's true. Why should I keep people who are inactive or who don't like me or who are just too busy to keep in touch? Yeah.

I'm being harsh, of course, but whatever.

To the people who really did care about my well-being... I'm sorry for removing you, but to be honest, if you cared so much, why didn't you show it?
