I saw someone post a similar problem before but none of the responses really help me in what I'd like to know.

When I buy/try-on my custom content clothing, some of them show up as a Maxis created outfit. The post I checked said that it was probably missing meshes. But my question is, is there a certain program out there that can tell me what mesh it is I'm missing?
I've heard of different programs, but I'm not aware of which one it is that will help me - if one even exists.

And I also have a question regarding CEP. I have no idea what it does/how it works. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I have the insimenator and I summoned Mrs. Crumplebottom to the lot. Then I cheated and got my sim's STR and LTR with her to 100 and thought I could make her move in, but her interaction options are all the same and my sim cant even complete them...they are canceled as soon as she goes to do it. Is there a way to make Mrs. Crumplebottom and other default players playable?

I'm trying to make one huge story using everyone is the neighborhood but some of the pictures that I took aren't showing up. Is there a way to import photos taken at the University and photos taken from the Business Village and include them in a story for certain families? When I get out of the Sims game and go into the games files on my computer every picture that I took are all in a Storytelling file but for some reason they aren't together when I go into the game.

Hello everyone. This is my first post here, so hopefully I do it right. ^_^

Two days ago I downloaded the InTeenimater 1.6d - Seasons Edition from this site. I followed the instructions, and extracted it to the "downloads" folder.

However, when I go into my game, I can't see any evidence that it's actually there.

I have the base game (obviously) plus University, Pets and Seasons.

I ran the Sims 2 Hack Conflict Detection Utility from SimWardrobe.com, but honestly don't understand the results.

I have looked in the memories and tags, but didn't see anything obvious that helped me out, though I probably just overlooked it!

I thank you a lot in advance for any help. :)

Okay, I have a weird problem. A few days ago, I went to play and when I try to direct my Sim to do something, the pie menu shows BRIEFLY and then disappears, without letting me pick an option.

I thought it was probably a hack or CC conflict, but after doing the 50/50 method, I finally removed the whole Downloads folder. It's still happening. I'm freaking out here.

It's not just on one lot, I created a new family and moved them to test that. I'm running just the base game too.

Please help me, I'm freaking out a lot. D:

EDIT: I figured it out thanks to this entry (http://community.livejournal.com/thesims2/5320873.html). Turns out it's a Dell Inspiron 1501 specific problem. Thanks for the help! :D

Hi everyone. I've checked modthesims2 for these items, but couldn't find them. I need some short hair for females, I have a couple of haircuts already, but I can't find what I'm looking for, exactly. I'm looking for choppy, asymmetrical cuts. Also, hippie/bohemian outfits. Floor length skirts and loose dresses. I also need some curly hair ( I already have the myos hair and recolors), afros and more braided styles, new dreads would be great too. I have nouk's dreads/afros and the recolors for them, as well as some short dreads, although I forgot who made those.

I'm having trouble deciding who to make my heir for my current legacy (which I haven't posted yet, I keep meaning to), because they're all so... ugly (in comparison to the previous gens, I picked a bad spouse this time round, but I thought her good genes would counteract his bad ones). I'm leaning more towards my eldest, Jade. Or I could wait for my newly-born twins to grow up, because Emerald is a girl, and this is a Matriarchy, but they were born right before I usually start taking pics for the next generation.

So I figured I could ask you guys for advice.
