Well I'm having fun at home. Let me tell you. (I'm not going to, sorry. Not really worth it. I just want to blow up and that's no good at all. Mostly I just miss my good friends, and they're all too far away to access in the snow.)
At least Mom is reminding me how to knit, and she may teach me to make those twisty cable braids! I would be super excited about that. Also I'm thinking maybe I'll learn to crochet, too, so I can use some of those more fine yarns I have to make kind of lacey pretties.
IN ANY CASE I come to ask for help, my friends who are readers. I need to buy a present for my dad, preferably on amazon since we're snowed in right now =P But whatever. Anyway, I've been thinking I've been liking a lot of the books he's been reading so I want to get him something in the same line. My father reads a lot of biographies of people who were interesting in interesting historical periods- mostly ranging from the late 18th century till about now, but modern times only if it's someone he knew or respected or is in his fields of interest and so I think he may already have those books- so late 18th-early 20th, I guess. Pre 1950.
Anyway, he likes motorcycles too, and stories about travelers and traveling.
OH SHIT I SHOULD HAVE POSTED THIS NINE HOURS AGO I feel stupid =P At least now I've talked to my sister and feel a little better about that. Plus there's currently six inches of snow and it's still falling.
Bwee ^-^
I love you guys. Wanna hang out with some of ya real soon yarr.
