Tonight I decided to try Evelyn's recipe

With some white chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream :D

1. I need lessons in remedial flour pouring.

2. Starting to have my doubts. . .

3. Ah, now this is starting to look like batter.

4. The finished product.

Verdict? Very tasty! My only complaint is a kitchen-specific one, in that I tested out a small loaf pan in my small toaster oven, which has a tendency to cook unevenly. Even with rotating the pan, one side got a little "over brown," so this loaf would not quite be presentation worthy. Still worthy enough FOR ME TO EAT!
