Up until I got home, I felt awake o_o'. Now im dead but don't wanna sleep yet so lets try a report ~
THURSDAY
Ok, this is kind of sad. I woke up at 9 to take care of everything for the con (Alice had not been touched since Ohayo, needed to iron things and pack, get directions, etc) but instead played Sims 3 until like...10mins before I had to leave xD; . I'd pause every now and then to do things, and it worked out just fine. Since Sara's dorm thing doesn't allow guests past midnight, I had to sleep in my car, but that was fine 'cause I set up a nice little bed in the trunk for myself.
Picked up Ash and Andrew at 5 and it was only an hour drive, so we picked up Sara at her cult-camp thing and it was just a few town roads to the con. The badge system was pretty sweet - instead of having a badge showing at all times, they put a wristband on you and you just had to bring your sleeve up or whatever to show it at certain checkpoints. I thought this was a sweet idea - sure they show up in pictures of cosplay, but they were black and probably are less noticable that a badge in a cosplay pic - PLUS, you never had to worry about loosing it or forgetting to put it on in the morning. As cool as this was, I was kinda sad 'cause I keep all my badges and this would look different...but at the end of the reg table were complimentary traditional badges with like 5 choices of pictures on them! Awesome! I hope they do that system again next year, it really is a good idea.
Nothing was going on Thursday, of course, so Sara and I popped in on a panel of some guy talking about how educational anime and video games can be (FMA = memorize table of elements, D&D = math skills, countless anime = world war history). The guy was a great speaker and it was really interesting, im glad we went....especially because after he mentioned his name was chuck, I immedietly recognized who he was. The voice of Hiei XD ! It's ironic because he's so charismatic and FUNNY. He changed his voice to accents and stuff like every other minute but his "normal" voice is Hiei XD . Even stranger is that he was the principal of a christian school and has 5 children O_____O .
I think we bummed around a while (I was Cooking Mama, got a lot of nice "MAMA 8D !!!!" 's from people who saw me) and learned where all the rooms were. The place was WAY bigger than last colossal with wider hallways, a sweet jungle theme with fake trees and animals everywhere, and a VERY convenient food bar right in the middle. Overpriced, yeah, but almost everything we bought from it was real good and it was nice to not need to leave to eat.
Dropped Sara off at her place 'round midnight, I think, and her place was surounded with barbed wire and the area I could park in had 4 cars with slashed tires....so I decided to just drive back to the con and sleep in the lots there ^^' . I was real paranoid at first since I had never slept in the car, but it only lasted a little while. Sara gave me her phone each night so i'd have an alarm in the morning and I used it to text Nurse each night XD;; . Sorry Sara, needed my fix.

Sara came over friday and she could only stay for one night, but i'm still really glad I could see her before she went to Japan. She's gotten me hooked on a few songs *-* . I'm gonna miss her so much >.<
My actual birthday was better than the ones in the past. I never have parties or anything, I just don't like all that attention on me. I woke up and found white cake batter and a Mythbusters marathon waiting for me <3 . Still, I was in a bit of a funk because I had been real depressed the night before. It stuck with me all day, even though nothing bad really happened concerning my birthday. After being comfy on the couch for a while I decided to make myself look good, and damn did I do a good job. Pics and rest of journal other cut.

I can't feel most of my body right now. I woke up at 8am and finished taping up my room, then primed every wall by myself. Moving furniture and cleaning under everything, taking down posters and shelves and moving piro and miles and some furniture out.....man im tired. I was running out of primer when I STARTED the last wall, so I had to conserve and decided to leave some of that wall green with random polygons every so often. Good thing, too, 'cause it gave me just enough to finish the wall.
Went downstairs to get a screwdriver or something and saw the mailman, so I dashed out (i ordered a wig and a book 'bout a week ago, so i've been glancing at the porch for a box every time I pass it ^^' ) to get the mail. There was a tiny box and it was marked for Kai....it was a baby Nepenthes from Sara T-T !!!! She said she'd bring me one when she visited next but it got mailed to me instead, I guess, and he's sooooo cute <3 . He has 4 pitchers right now and they're all still closed but one, which is missing it's lid oO; . I have a pitcher outside to collect rain water and have a jug of distilled water in case of no rain, so he's all set <3 . Right now he's on my windowsill but i'd like to get a shelf for him and my books and any other plants I aquire (I'd really like a pink sundew <3 )
So his name is Nuke and he's been my only joy today, as painting has completely exausted me x_x

Haven't posted an actual journal in a while.
Found out I got an (expected) A in ASL and a C in everything else - which I couldn't believe, I was really worried i'd fail psych. Quite happy an relieved @.@' . Im fostering 3 kittens right now and they're great. The shelter is overflowing and Wendy is so stressed out, I don't know how she can handle it all. I feel bad 'cause after these guys go back im not gonna be able to take in any more for a few weeks. I'd like to have my room kitten-free for the days around my birthday 'cause it gets sooooo hot in here with the door closed and i'd like to sleep decently again, as a gift to myself. I have the window completely open and the fan on, it's still hot (and it's 9:30pm) in here. The weekend after my bday is colossal, the the week after that is NC, then im gonna be dead bored the rest of the summer until Ikasu in August.
I'll be wearing Mama and Alice to Colossal, but I gotta say im worried. Niki and I are most likely gonna be sleeping in the back of my car, using Sara's apartment-type thing for changing and bathroom stuff. It's not a big deal really, I don't mind. I dunno who Sara is wearing, but I think Niki is wearing Shu, so we're gonna look WEIRD together xD. Though both of our characters have stuffed rabbits oO.....hmm. The events put up so far actually look really good, there's a lot of panels i've never heard of that i'd like to go to ^-^. No yuri panel, but Dirty Dirty Fanfiction will be there and that was fucking hilarious at AP XD . Im gonna be sad Nurse won't be there, though v.v .
Ikasu will rock, as it always does, because it is Ikasu. I think we're doing Soul Eater if Carrie goes, then Nurse agreed to be the Hikari to my Yaya so I am thrilled about doing that >w< . I know, I told myself no more new cosplays for a long time, but....but their choir uniforms are SO cute and SIMPLE and I have a willing molestation-magnet to tote around, and I like Hikari better with Yaya than Amane anyway >>' . Must wear them to the yuri panel, no matter what time or day it is.
Uhm...nothing had really happened. I've just been lazing around the house for a week. Took out my Ariel Schrag comic books and started reading thru them again (OUTSIDE. I'm trying to go outside more, even if its just sitting in the backyard). I remembered her last book was supposed to come out months ago and I got it on Amazon today, can't wait for it to get here O_____O . Her first two books combined were less than 100 pages, and her final High School set comic book is 400 freaking pages, I'm so eager to get to reading it >___< ! Other than that, i'd really like some new books to read :/

Volunteers for ASL stories were dwindling fast, so when Motley was finishing up a grade sheet after a presentation me and some guy played rock paper scissors so one of us would go up next. I lost and he seemed real relived. So I went up and did my thing, a lot of people laughed ^^. When I was walking back to my seat people were saying I was really good and stuff, then the guy who played RPS with me had to go and he was like "see, thats not fair, you had your shit together" XD . After class people came up to me (i don't talk to anyone in this class o.o) and said mine was the best so far, it made me real happy ^^. Got an A.
A lot of people had brought up a paper with their story on it to look at if they got lost, I didn't. A lot of people who went today pretty much just read off the paper and signed what was on it - NOT GOOD. Guys, your supposed to be telling a story, here, acting parts out, not signing a speech and not even looking at the class -.-' . Me and two or three other people had actually moved around and mimed things like we were supposed to, everyone else just stood in one spot and signed the story :/ . Made it veeeery boring.
So thats done with, yay. I still have to do my protest song and final paper for Humanities, due tomorrow. Meh. My slideshow just needs a few more pics, which i'll finish tomorrow. Don't wanna write a paper D:< . Well, only two more days of classes ^-^.

I should really be rehearsing my asl story x.x' . It's all done, I just gotta practice a lot so I can remember what comes after what. Been putting it off for like....3 hours.
Weekend at BG was nice :3 . I got home monday at 2AM and crashed. Woke up for class and seriously considered skipping, but I can't miss ASL. Still considered it, though, I was so tired >.< . On the way home from class I had the urge to make some new PJ pants for summer, so I got some cute cherry fabric and made me some thin Pj pants <3 . Decided to hand sew them 'cause its relaxing, but i really should have been rehearsing...or sleeping. Gonna go do that >>'
EDIT: CRAP, I forgot to write my Humanities paper X_X . Class is in 30mins and I still have no song to work with, but I can just bullshit one out later and email it to her tonight. English Toffee is smashing <3 .
Gonna change some things in my ASL story, there's too much role shifting and not enough actual telling of the events - it just seems choppy.
I can't wait 'till summer. Most of it will be spent sitting around being bored, but I have Nurse's visit, NC, and Colossal to look forward to, so at least the first part of summer will be great ^^' .

Now that AP is out of my system, i'm getting kind of excited for Colossal. Think i'll wear Mama for thursday, Sora for the day of the KH shoot, and Alice the rest of the time. Damn I love wearing Alice <3 . Still need to finish re-making Sora and i'm gonna try styling his wig in a completely different way when the con gets closer. I don't have too much left on his costume, but i'm worried i'm gonna pull it out of storage and find it looks shitty x.x .
Visiting Nurse again this weekend and it's going to be AMAZING because 1. I get to see Nurse <3 and 2. The weather is going to be in the mid 70s <3 <3 <3 <3 !!!! Sooo excited! I'm wearing a short sleeve shirt right now - SHORT SLEEVES! YEAH!
ASL presentations start Tuesday and I still need an end to my story, but i'm sure i'll think of one over the weekend. Must practice what I have so far in front of someone - I didn't think we started presentations until Thursday, so now i'm kinda worried about time. Think i'll do fine, though, i've just been paranoid about my sign clarity lately. I left my ASL book at Nurse's dorm a few weeks ago so I learned the last 3 chapters without it....not as hard as it sounds, but i'm gonna raep that book with notes when I get it back X_X .
I had such a beautiful dream the other night. It was a virtual reality game! With awesome graphics! The concept was that all the habitats of earth (desert, mountains, rivers etc) were compressed together on one huge island, and the camera could move around the island to view it all and go from one enviorment to another. Then you could zoom in to see the animals that lived there, pick a species, and become that anime and live it's life out. Soooo cool ;.; ! I choose an eskimo at one point and had to gather wood and stuff and maaaaan it was just a really pretty dream, there's no way I could describe it well enough to get that across. When I woke up and reflected on the dream, I realized zooming around the island was like how the Sims 3 neighborhood is gonna be....XD; . I need that game o_o . I have so many characters thought up, I shit you not, I have a word document of complete character profiles for sims I want to make. I have about 5 families so far, including their traits, looks, what their room looks like, back stories...everything. It's sad, I know, but I keep adding on to it.

I found a thong in the hallway at tri-c today! I was headed to my 3hr class and saw it lying there, got all curious. I went out to check on it during our break, someone had moved it closer to the wall and I wanted to steal it - I don't know why. Is that creepy? Yeah, it is.
This weekend is supposed to have AMAZING weather and I wanna go look for nicer clothes x.x !

Kittens have free range of the house, now, as long as i'm home. If they get lost and are all alone, they start crying and me or Lou run off to find them ^^'. They're a well-behaved group, thankfully. They stay in the upstairs hallway most of the time and always come back to my room to sleep. Windston has found a yellow stuffed ball to be interesting, and he now trots around the house with it. All the stuffing has been ripped out, so it's just yellow cloth, now, but he loves that thing and starts growling when the others try to get near it xD. I went after it earlier and he freaked out, grabbed it back, and growled...so I chased him around the house,trying to steal it >XD;;; .
Had a random urge to clean a while ago, taking a break now. My floor is never too bad when I'm fostering, but my dresser tops and drawers have been terrible for a loooong time. I have two grocery bags full of garbage just from cleaning out one drawer and the top of my dresser ._.' . Found some jewelry, i'd like to start wearing it. Probably never will, but I like dressing up ^^' .
Uhm...yeah, just typing this 'cause I needed a distraction. 2 or 3 more weeks of school :3

I love how organized I get for cons and nothing else. It's like the day before every convention i've ever been to always goes the same way, and I love it.
Got home from class with a headache and serious nausea, so I tried laying down but had crap to do so forced myself to get up. Brought the kittens back to Wendy's (getting them back on monday) and cleaned my room. Then cleaned the mouse cage and tossed one to Piro - he ate it! About time! He worried me so much in winter 'cause he hibernates randomly >>' . Cleaned up Jethro's tank and he's back to doing his food dance, but will not eat. As soon as I go to put food in, he darts to the bottom and just stares at me -_-' . I love my retarded fish, but he just gets TOO stupid sometimes.
So....yeah, been working on all of that stuff since 3:30, taking a break x_X . I packed most of my stuff yesterday, just need to pack PJs and try on Hiei's wig once more. Can't wear a cap under it 'cause it might show thru....there's no gaps where I can see netting in it, but it's really hard to tell since it's spiked. I think it looks better than the first time I spiked it, but I still feel way too DBZ in it >>' . Will go over it again when I get some energy back x.x
I tend to make lists before a con, like a to-do list so I can check off EVERYTHING (I write down "socks, shirt, ribbon, bandana..." all separately. Every little thing) I need to pack and do before leaving. I never made a to-do list before cons, and I don't make them for anything BUT cons o.O; . Gives me such a great feeling when I get to check something off ^-^.
We learned our Humanities final has to either be a paper on something the teach picks, or we need to create a work of art and explain it. I asked if I could do a slideshow on cosplay and prop making and got the OK 8D ! This is gonna be so easy and fun - I'm gonna use tons of pics an go over all the things we do to get ourselves to look like the character. Binding, contacts, facial hair, fake tattoos, stuffing, skin painting.....this all seems normal to cosplayers, but i'm sure they're gonna seem a bit strange to most people I present this to.
Uhm...guess thats it. Leaving tomorrow after ASL :3

Got my first batch of kitties for the year yesterday. Litter of 5, they're only a week away from reaching spay/neuter weight, but I gotta give them back thursday night 'cause of AP. Wendy gave 'em to me to socialize them (they had no real human contact at their last home), and it's happening slowly. More about them under the cut.

Can't find suitable shoes for Hiei, so i'm gonna combine two of his outfits, I guess. No one will notice, i'm sure. This means I bought gauze for nothing xD; . I found a real cute summer dress while thrifting - might wear it con sunday just because. Plus I get to go thru easter dinner with the family when I get back, so it wouldn't really do for me to arrive in my Yuri gear xD; .
Ohio law recently changed - 18 year olds can now book hotel rooms. How convenient is that? The law just happened to change a week before a con o_O!
Oh, and it snowed. A lot. I skipped all my classes today, snow depresses me >>*

Why must it snow? We had decent weather this weekend and now we've got really thick snow coming down - I am not pleased. It's likely going to be cold and rainy this weekend, which is NOT good since we'll be walking to and fro the hotel to the con. Visited Sara again over the weekend, as after AP we likely won't see each other for a while x.x .
Must get off my butt and finish Hiei already. It's just little things, but I want it to be done so I can get packing. Will be very nice only bringing ONE cosplay to a con *-* .
I am cold and bored and not looking forward to going outside >>
