All this was stolen right in front of me at the bus stop at Clark and Hastings. I couldn't catch the guy and people were very helpful in helping me search for him. I was able to find my cell phone but if you happen to find a wallet, VFS keys, and a set bag full of high end makeup (yeah right to any of those things) please turn it into the police and they'll contact me. |

I m sure there is threads on here already, but i cant seem to find. Just wondering if someone can point me in the direction of where these are sold. Preferably in the Surrey, north delta area if possible, but anywhere along the skytrain line would be ok too :)

Does anyone know where I can find a list of wholesalers in Vancouver (more specifically, Surrey)? I'm looking for places to buy school supplies/stationery in bulk.
On a related note, the Surrey Food Bank has begun its annual "Fair Start" program, where backpacks full of school supplies are given out to children to low-income families. If you have any old but still usable stationery/school supplies you'd like to donate, feel free to just drop them by the food bank. :) |

There aren't many sales posts in this comm... so I wasn't sure if we were allowed but there's a tag for it and there are a couple posts from back in Jan. So I figured it's okay (doesn't say it's not allowed in the rules)
I'd like to sell the copy of Tomb Raider that I bought and played once. It's in perfect condition. I just want to get rid of it because I don't like the game. I bought it at Best Buy so you can have the receipt if you want. I bought it for $39.99 plus taxes and would like to sell it for $30... however if I get no takers I'll take best offer. =P |

A while ago at a starbucks I bought an insulated plastic version of the cups you get when you order a cold drink. Somehow I have lost mine and am having a hell of a time finding a replacement. If anyone spies a location that has them please let me know. I bought it originally at the Brentwood Mall location and check every starbucks I am at with no luck |

hey all,
i've been on the hunt for some polyethylene tubing 160 psi 3/4". aka pvc tubing or irrigation tubing, and i've looked everywhere...rona, home depot, and even a few independent irrigation supply stores.
the reason i'm looking for something so specific is so i can make myself a hula hoop. not just a regular kids hoop, but one that has a bit more weight to it. ;)

Hi all, where's the best place to get corrugated plastic? I need some to make a giant schedule thinger for a kids camp (affix activity cards on it with velcro... if anybody can tell me where i can find adhesive velcro, that'd be great too)

Does anyone need a table? Its not the greatest thing but if you need one I'm just giving it away if you can come to pick it up (I don't have a truck). Its long, wood, and has two attaching legs. Its pretty sturdy, but we no longer need it because we got a smaller one to save space. Please comment if you're interested! |

does anyone know where i could buy the "Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque" in the downtown vancouver area preferrably but am open to other locations like burnaby (metrotown-ish area), west van, north van.
i went to metrotown and looked around for a store called "Nature's Essensce" i looked for this store for THIRTY MINUTES. i couldnt find it at all :( tear tear. i also asked shoppers drug mart and london drugs and walmart(north van one) and they dont have it :( so, is there anywhere else in metrotown or the other locations i mentioned where i could find it? there's a capers near me if anybody knows if maybe, possibly its there? does anybody have it? i heard amazing reviews on it.

Is there a place which sells tiger ice cream in buckets or boxes around here? Richmond and transit-friendly preferred, because I *really* am not a fan of transporting ice cream by bus for 45 minutes to an hour. They didn't have it at Save-On when I looked this morning, so leads on any other places would be good. Thanks! |
