That trip was too fun and too short. Yes, I want that busboy! He was dreamy and I was drooling.

But sigh, we're back here in the boring bay. The days just drag... On the bright side, I get to be a buyer and pick out nice domestics. There's a lot of crap that ppl are selling these days and even more ppl buying it. I hope the site does well. She said as we grow, we'll be able to travel to see things around the country and internationally.

15 days and counting. Time to veg...

I'm bored @work. My nose is running constantly. I've been blowing it all day, lost count after the 20eth tissue. It's all dried and cracked around the edges. NASTY! I will make myself better before Friday.

STUPID F#*@&)%! battery charger. It hasn't even shipped yet! No way am I gonna get it in time for Vegas. Even the ones they sell at work are on special order. I thought I could just borrow one from the warehouse but noo.. I really want to be able to take my own pictures this time. I always say I'll get the ones that other ppl take but it never happens.

So I brought my lunch today, but don't really feel like eating. I had a huge headache last night and kept tossing around before I got fed up and took some Nyquil. That stuff can really knock a person out, it's way stronger than alcohol. I was snoozing in 10 mins. Around 5am I could've sworn there was a small earthquake. It felt like the bed lifted and I was gonna slide off, I even grabbed the side. I stayed awake for a few seconds just in case but nothing happened so I dozed off again. I woke up this morning and checked how big the earthquake really was. I thought at least 3.0? I guess I was dreaming cuz nothing happened last night. Yes, I trip when I'm sick.

Helen said GA is having Friends & Family Day on 3/14. I want to go but it's right before finals. No, I'm not buying a churro there! Who do they think they are charging $3.50 for a stick of bread?! I can restrain myself and go to Costco, thank you very much. Although the thought of eating a churro, or anything fried/crispy/dry makes me cringe right now. My throat is so tore up. It feels like someone grated it with sandpaper every time I glup. Soup sounds good right now. And now a tribute...

Second annual tradition of not celebrating this made up "holiday". I was too caught up in my bitterness to notice my closest friends and family really want me to be happy. Taco bravo, girls? MUAHAHAHA...

So I have an hour before my online midterm starts. This quarter is kicking my ass. I have but a month plus a week to finish it off how I started. I always do this. At this beginning of the quarter I'm all pumped, midway through everything slows down. Actually, I slow down and everything else keeps going. But at least there are some events to look forward to in the very near future minus 214. There so many things I want to do...

- Spend time with my closest friends: s.h.o.p.p.i.n.g., dancing, eating, beach-ing, going to the park/lake, cooking/baking, MJ, boarding, BBQing, lounging like we used to ALL THE TIME.
- Learn: golf, tennis, Mandarin, photoshop, and cake decorating. My golf clubs are getting pretty dusty. My +60 year old mgmt professor bagged on golf the other night. He's like, "Golf is so pointless. First, you want the ball, then you don't and wack it into water, sand, or dirt. Then you gotta walk and walk to find it. Once you do, you wack it again!" AMATURES!
- Start my investment account. I was APPALLED that my company matches a whole 0% on the 401K plan. After I bitched about it for a half an hour my mom finally said, "Fine, I'll match it then and so will your dad." :O OK!
- Simplify my life. I have so much junk. Material and emotional. Physically I've dumped so much stuff I assumed was "sentimental". But I don't need a stuffed bunny to remind me of someone. The Salvation Army is getting 5 IKEA-sized bags of stuffed CRAP. I used to meditate early in the morning. Only for 10mins but it cleared all the waste in my mind. Haven't really had anytime for that.
- About 6 months ago I started...something...that I knew was going to slightly alter my life. It had certain benefits. But now that I think about it, it isn't worth it. I've gained weight, tired more than usual, become much more sensitive than before which is causing me to be a hermit. So today, I've stopped. It's time for the old _joni_. NO, not old! The original me. What am I saying..

The school sent the last invitation to register I will ever receive as an undergrad. It's weird. I'll finally have something to show for the last few years.

On another note, I'm finally going to travel this year! After I didn't go anywhere 2003 (within CA does not count), it's about frikken time...

Stupid Borders doesn't have the CD I want and neither do any of the other ones in the bay area! I'm forced to purchase it over the web along with some other things I don't need just so I can qualify for free shipping. Picked up the CD, an old nostalgic DVD coming out in March, and a business operations book. On the up side, while browsing in the bookstore at the Hub, they have "The Dog" monopoly game which is cuter than cute. $35?!
