I have started a d&d campaign, with 3 friends from work. We may or may not need more players. It is Eberron based because, NOTHING ELSE EXISTS. And 4th edition. I am a DM in progress, I've done it before but this will be my first real effort. To balance a narrative, and interesting story filled with intrigue with crazy fights and villains jumping off of high things to ambush the players.

I only wish everyone had more time to play in general, I for some reason always have monday/tuesday off it seems. However this is not guaranteed, just a trend that has been on going, and has the potential to randomly change to monday/weds or something stupid. Combining 4 people with jobs/some with school is the same old problem. Multiple people with varying schedules, I'm hoping this group will get to play every other week if not more often. D&D is a passion of mine, I love creating stories, back story for characters, or the narrative of the adventuring party being able to throw crazy challenges in their path.

Of course, I created a PC to partake in the fun, he will occasionally guide the players when they can't figure out where to find the next adventure hook etc etc. And for the simple fact that I like to play, he is a Goliath, that appropriately ended up with 7 INT. Ouch, it works though. As I don't want to give the players more help than is needed, but occasionally a party needs nudging in the right direction. Either way, lulz will be had since he will not always point the party in the correct direction anyway.

So, really hit me up if you are interested now that I think of it. I'm thinking 1-2 more people at most. 4 is ideal, 5 would be alright. We're operating on a flexible schedule as right now mondays/tuesdays seem to be the day that end up working for us consistently, but not always.

And Daves SUPARU campaign runs sundays/takes priority anyway untill the assfaggots move away. YOU HEARD ME DAVE

1:07AM - I feel most introspective late at night.

Sometimes I sit up at night because I can't stop thinking about things I have done wrong in life, I am plagued to wonder "what if" whether things go good or bad. I think back on people I have hurt, directly or indirectly. Friendships I've squandered and let die for no reason. I often wonder the difference had I made any effort at all in high school. If I understood that I had opportunities there. A million things done wrong, and only half that many done right so to speak. I should push myself more.

I need to write, to be creative again, and yet I need to discipline myself and not leave pieces of work unfinished or with gaps in the story. I need to learn to master the guitar, and/or get around to relearning to drum and finally be involved with music in some way. Not for money or "being in a band" but for the sake of creating and sharing with people. 

Am I the only one that has days or nights like this? Tell me about them. I seek to rebuild friendships, and forge new ones. So let me leave you with "WHAT THE FUCK IS UP IN YOUR LIVES? TELL ME PLEASE" e-mail me long winded messages, call me and blabber on about nothing.

I miss you all dearly, even those of you whom I see regularly. I want to see you all more, and hear from you all more often.

I started to type this because I am hyper from drinking hot chocolate, and could not get to sleep. It's slowly rolling into a real post, which is interesting because I had deleted my journal for lack of desire to update anymore. However I realize that this is one of the few ways that forces me to write regularly as well as see what other people are doing. Fuck facebook. Livejournal is where it's at. 

I don't need your faces, I need your lives. In a non-soul collecting way of course.

for the first time in probably 10+ years I bought actual swim shorts, normally I just buy regular shorts. Point being, what the fuck is with the netting? So, my birthday is June 18th, but on the 20th (a saturday) I'm having a party. Which would have been a beach party for nostalgia, but seriously I don't even want to hang out a beach anymore haha. This is my computer build, or at least the only important parts that matter. Total cost (including windows/warranty/assembly/shipping etc etc) is going to be $1100. Stoookkeeed. The only things I am not sure about would be changing the graphics from GeForce 9800, to the Radeon HD 4850. I would rather go with the GeForce (it's about 40 bucks cheaper) but if someone was like HOLY SHIT HUUUGE DIFFERENCE in performance, I would consider it. I don't think there is tho, they are about on par for performance from the benchmark tests I've looked at. Other than that, changed from 400w to 650w power supply, thanks go to Dave/Brosario for encouraging me that a bigger power supply is always better especially for gaming rigs. I don't think there is anything else I want to change around. Thoughts from computer geeks?
