 I got bored the other night and got out some paint and paper. I doodled a little bit and continued to start painting. I know it's nothing great but I like how the colors came together. I haven't worked on any dolls in about a week now. I have been busy off and on with other stuff.
Today Joe and I went into downtown to attend Springtime Tallahassee. It's a city festival with tons of food, arts and crafts, shows and the like. The weather was amazingly beautiful. I'm loving the weather up here so much more than Port Richey's weather. I have the windows open right now in fact. I just love sucking up this fresh cool air.
I just spent the last 2 hours totally sucked up in Port Richey's history. I am so amused by learning the history of the city I grew up in. If you would like to take a look the website I found is (http://www.fivay.org/). I was especially interested in the pictures of Old Dixie Highway. I remember the days Karen and I would drive down that creepy road.. it's so strange that it didn't used to be creepy.
I'm going to go get something to eat, watch tv and cuddle with Joe.
