The theme of Joe's funeral yesterday seemed to be about friendships and building relationships.  It kind of gave me somethings to think about.

I did callout of work instead of just going in late like I figured. I was tired and very drained. I ended up taking a nap before hanging out with Zack and Veronica to get something to eat that night.

I had alot of fun with Joey and Shirley today. They're good kids.

On the down side though, my television finally died. Time to buy a new one...*sigh*

I found out something that shook me to my core today. My friend at work, Joe died last night in a car accident. It hit me like a ton of bricks. I was just laughing and joking with him last night at work and now he's gone...

Damn shame, he was only 20.

Been pretty uneventful save for making up with Army Tony. Yeah, after several texts, phone calls and conversations we're speaking again.

Yes, I said I never want to hear from him or see him again, but something was odd in the message he sent me to get us on the path to being friends again.  He told me how he felt like everyone had abandoned him save for 3 people. One of which he considered me despite what I said to him. His life was falling apart and he needed someone he considers his friend/family to talk to. So, after all the talking, cussing and heart-felt emotion we patched things up between us. Which I am glad for because I do actually enjoy his company. Now I just have to get him the hell out of that god forsaken place he's staying at for the time being.

I just played on of the best games of Warsong Gulch ever tonight. Too bad it was bitter-sweet.  Great game, yet no partners in crime to share it with.  /sigh

Nothing new, exciting or dramatic has happened which is why I haven't posted anything in nearly a month. Everything is still the same as it was then. I work, I play WoW, I have on/off moments with Robert and I don't talk to Tony at all.

Actually, one thing happened. Last week our cat died from a spider bite.

State of Mind: blank Background Noise: The Prodigy - Warriors Dance

Update is coming. I'm just trying to wrap my head around a few things first.

I've been redboxing alot lately. I hit it up again today and rented 3 more movies. The Haunting in Connecticut, Blindness and Knowing (yes, again despite returning it yesterday) to watch today. Yeah, I watched Knowing just yesterday, but it was so fucked up I had to see it again. I also watched Taken and Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li yesterday. Taken wasn't half bad and Street Fighter was surprisingly good. I watched it 3 times.

I'm not sure what i'm going to watch first though, I'm about to get on WoW and figure out what the hell i'm going to eat. I really want some pizza or some good ass chinese food, but pizza costs alot and there is no "good ass" chinese food around here. There are passable places and that's about it.

As for how i'm feeling today... It's mostly the same as it's been. Blank. Not really feeling much of anything these days other then a little drained. I often start feeling like how Robert looks when he's trying to stay awake, but instead passing out where he stands or sits. I could really use a fucking vacation.

Oh, I almost forgot. Ryan text me again yesterday. I didn't reply because I don't know what to say to him. An while i'm still kind of mad at him it's more to do with the fact that the emotions involved with him are something I don't want to deal with right now.

No news is good news they say. With the exception of me damn near quiting and walking out of Wal-Mart on Sunday nothing major has happened. Robert and I get along fine despite the fact he looks bad and smells funny *sniffs* ewww. I'm kidding we've been hanging out as much as possible while the peace lasts, which this time I hope it does.

An if anyone wants to be kind enough to fork over $600 so I can get a new television feel free to do so. I could also use a new computer too.

I rented Street Fighter IV today and I must say it's pretty good. While the graphics could be better they're not shitstorm bad like people are claiming. But, I did have my first major bout of as Tony called it "EXTREME NERD RAGE!!"  Lots of loud cussing, a thrown 360 controller and a brand new hole in the wall where I put my fist =)

One thing though, the game does remind me of how much I hate double motion supers and teleporting boss syndrome! Still, i'm pleased with it and glad I rented it.
