| Japanese Food Faces? |

I've seen icons like these everywhere, and I think they're absolutely adorable! My question is, how do I make icons like this (namely the little faces)?
 (Credit creamiiicandy)
I'm sure it's something really easy, but I've tried numerous times on my own, and I just can't get it. Any help at all would be extremely appreciated! Thanks.
I use Paint Shop Pro 9

Not too long ago ah_anime18 asked if I'd make a tutorial for an icon from this batch, to which I said sure! It's a very simple icon to make and requires few layers (I average about 15 layers per icon usually, LOL). Anyway, we're going from the Apple logo to this.

( I can haz tutorial? )

Hi. I was hoping you guys could help me. I am making an animated icon, and I am editing the pictures first. But, I don't want to do each one separately. Is there a way to edit more than one picture at once?
