However, if you'd like to take something of mine for later use, I have some rules: [x] leave a comment on the entry and ASK me if it's okay to take the graphic first [x] don't steal or claim the graphic is yours when clearly I've done all the work on it [x] be specific and polite ("please" and "thank you" go a long way) [x] do NOT hot link any of my images or I will castrate you [x] in other words, save and upload all images to YOUR own server or free image hosting site (there are lots out there; try photobucket.com or graffiti.net for images over 250k) [x] do not credit _imagination[x] instead you must credit plurhugs- 1. in your keywords if it is an icon (read this tutorial if you don't know what the fuck I'm talking about: click to read) - 2. in your user info if it is a background or header of some sort - 3. in your public entry if it is a friends-only banner I'm not a bitch..really. However, you break my rules, you get booted in the ass. Simple as that. ;) Also, I have this journal separated into two categories of friends. The 1st group of friends are people who I've already friended on my main journal ( plurhugs), and they will be able to see all of my entries, including those of my poems, sketches, or anything else that I deem PERSONAL. The 2nd group of friends are people who I have not friended on my main journal, but will still have access to all of my icons, headers, backgrounds, banners, etc., but not any of my poems, sketches, or other more personal works. I do this to keep all my creations in one spot and to make my life easier. I hope you'll understand. :) | ||||
