BioSocial evolution has destroyed natural evolution. We no longer compete for survival, the progression of our species can no longer be measured in generations and mutations. Society is the new species of the earth; we have joined together to form a greater consciousness-- a consensus of all our beliefs and actions. Idea's multiply, diverge, converge-- and while we never had a choice of our genes we now have the ability to shape the progress of evolution, and for once that evolution can be guided by intelligence, by hopes and dreams, the utopia of being only limited by the distopia of ourselves. And yet we do not change, and society stays infantile. Is it true that we cannot rise above? Is the future of our consciousness limited by the smallest DNA that holds our instincts? Evolution did its job, in all its efforts and all its failures it created a creature that had a choice in its own identity, a choice to create the next step as a beautiful one--
